Superior Replacement Windows

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered.

I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window.

I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all.

He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. Had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

I just recently called Superior Glass to help me take care of a large bedroom window and very glad I did. I was in a bit of a pinch, and needed it replaced immediately, after seeing some reviews here on Google I decided to give them a try. The quality of their service is certainly top notch, very professional and efficient installation and great customer service from beginning to end.

I have used other companies in the past, both in Arizona, California and New Mexico and these guys are what they claim "superior." I don't normally make a point to do a review, but these guys deserve it for how they took care of me. I don't anticipate I will need their service in the near future, but I will certainly be recommending to those that do. Thanks guys for the help!

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!
