We have hired Pacific Blue Construction and owner Oren Osovski to do several major projects at our home, and have been extremely pleased with both the process and the end results. The largest project was a complete kitchen remodel, which included the addition of a butler's pantry, the creation of a breakfast room, the re positioning and remodeling of a powder room as well as the enlargement of a guest room and the addition of a guest bathroom.

There was also extensive painting of the exterior. The project took seven months and we remained in the house during the construction. During the entire time the workers were on time, respectful, went out of their way to help me and cleaned up (as well as can be expected) after themselves. The contractor always showed up when he said he would and was very clear about the various stages of the project.

His attention to detail rivaled even my husband's, which is saying something. Oren has a great design sense, which helped us with many aspects of all of our projects. Most recently he helped me with all of the paint colors for the downstairs portion of our house. We are extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Blue.

Oren Osovski of Pacific Blue Construction is the best contractor ever. We expanded a master bathroom and created and renovated closets. He also fixed a number of things in our old house that had been neglected over the years. The master bath is more beautiful and functional than we could have imagined and the experience of planning and then the execution of the construction project was fun and painless.

We were on time and on budget. Oren is more than a contractor. He is able to advise on design and decoration of the space, alleviating the need for a designer. He is positive and confident and brings so much experience to the table that you can rely on him to make the small decisions and free you from that worry. He asks you to do homework--choosing tile, paint color and fixtures, but guides you so that those choices are easier.

His workers are respectful and just as obsessive about perfection as is Oren and his most concerned client. Oren is talented and quick at resolving the most complex design and construction challenges. You may pay a bit more for Oren, but he is well worth it and you will save in the long run. I recommend Pacific Blue Construction! I can't wait to do another project with them.

We just wrapped up our third and most significant project with Oren Osovski and while they were all great, this was the best. We hired Oren as our typical 80's condo kitchen was basically crumbling and becoming unusable. Initially we thought we'd keep the same basic layout and just replace everything with new fixtures but Oren came to us as he always as with a fabulous design that gave us more storage, more functionality, and transformed our entire house - all within the same expected budget range. I really recommend Oren if you're looking to transform your house. He's easily the best contractor we've ever used.

Oren did extensive remodeling to my existing home. I liked his work and working with him, so I had him do a room addition over my garage. I basically have a new house with added square footage. His prices are fair, he does excellent work and he stays on time. I got to know Oren and l like him as a friend. He has his own workers and a group of subcontractors who have worked with him for years and are very respectful to him and his customers.

I am very glad I had the work done.

Oren recently remodeled my bathroom. After 40 years in the same home, by girlfriend, my daughter and Oren all decided by bathroom was too dated and shabby. The job was complex - removing the tub and rearranging everything and then constructing a new shower stall. This is the third major project with Oren and I really like the way he works.

His guys are the same ones who I started working with years ago. They know what to do and get to it. If there is a question, they ask for direction. As the project goes forward, payments are made after the various phases and there are no added charges. I ordered the counter top myself and it was delayed or the job would have been complete in 6 weeks or less.

The bathroom is perfect - beautiful big shower with clear glass and a pebble floor. Top grade porcelain tile was used in the shower and on the floor - the work is done to enhance esthetics not just thrown together. The room was basically taken to the studs and rebuilt including new plumbing and drains. Now it is all new with new vanity, counter top, light fixtures and a framed window. I love it. I am thinking about other projects so I can work with Oren and his guys again soon.

Pacific Blue Construction (Oren Osovski) is a wonderful contractor. The first project they did for me was a complete remodel of my kitchen and eating area. The work they did was excellent. They replaced the floor, cabinets, buffet, counter tops, everything. They added much needed recessed lighting in the ceiling. Their work is impeccable! The second project they did was to completely remodel the upstairs bathroom complete with new counters, floor, cabinets, bathtub/shower, lighting and heat.

It was beautiful! We are preparing to remodel the family room and Oren is going to do it. Oren is very knowledgeable and has great vision for the different projects. He is a true gentleman with an easy going style. His team is excellent at carrying out the plans. If you want your project done right and on time, I recommend Oren and the Pacific Blue team!

Oren was great - the project came in on budget and on time and looks beautiful. Between February and middle May when we were mostly finished, a day did not pass from Monday - Saturday without a crew on the project. We are very pleased with the results.

I cannot say enough good things about Oren. We did a back house/garage remodel and he was such a pleasure to work worth. He and his guys were responsible, hard working, on time, cleaned up after themselves and did fabulous work. They even played with our dog :) The price he quoted was the final price (except for things that we chose to add) and he completed the job within the time frame quoted. The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy with the quality of the work.
