Rob was our sales rep and he did a very good job. The installers, Derek and Jake, were outstanding. They started on Mon 8/8/22 and finished the afternoon on Tues 8/9/22. The demolition took less than 2 hours and was done without creating a big mess. If one could see them carry out the scrap, it would be obvious that they knew what they were doing. Bathtub was cut into 2 pieces and most of the tile was removed in large wall pieces.
The installation was done professionally and looks great. I highly recommend Bath R Us. If you can, get Derek and Jake to do your project. Our project consisted of demo and install walk in shower with bench, shower door, grab bars, and Moen shower unit.

I went extremely well. Rob the sales rep was did a very thorough job. The installers, Derek and Jake, did an awesome job. It started on Mon 8/8/22 and was finished by mid afternoon on the nest day, 8/9/22. The demolition was done in less than 2 hours. That was done very professionally. From what I can tell, they generated 2 or 3 garbage bags of debris.
The tub was cut in half and removed. Most of the old tile walls were removed in intact pieces and very few tiles were shattered. They disposed all debris-none were left on my premises. The installation job was excellent. It looks great as you can see from the pictures. I highly recommend Bath R Us. I suggest that you request that Derek and Jake work on your project. They excel on what they do.

The quality of product and best of all is the Outstanding quality of craftsmanship. Joe and his crew deserve to be acknowledged for this reason. Courteous from the minute they arrive thru to the minute they leave. They try to get the bathroom completed as quickly as they can but they won't rush the quality. I worked with Rob Hanna over the last two months, my sales representative was exactly on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He walked me through all the details of a shower/bathtub remodel and had many samples of the materials to be used. I was happy with the estimate and have signed the contract with Bath R Us. After signing the contract within 30 days they priced matched another quote and dropped the cost by $1200.
The remodel was was started last Wednesday and they finished on Saturday. It looks amazing and the installers did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and courteous in dealing with me.

From start to finish the experience with Bath R us was first rate. Bob Z fully explained what would happen. The installation team of Doug and Mike were excellent. We had Bert come out to our home and he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable of the company and it's products and materials. Bert helped me get a better and clear visual eye on my project. This is not a small project to have a master bathroom and 2nd bathroom remodeled. Bert also was able to give us a great and affordable price. I decided to go with Bath R Us for our shower remodel after reading all of the positive reviews & I'm glad I did. I had gotten a quote from another bathroom remodel company prior to finding out about Bath R Us but Bath R Us was more reasonably priced compared to the other company. Stephanie was our sales person & she was wonderful. Both of our installers did a great job from start to finish & kept us updated on the progress throughout the remodel. I couldn't be happier with my new shower. I will definitely be using this company again for my second bathroom in the future
