MUSE Residential

This was the second bathroom remodel we did with Muse. If anyone has ever done a construction project understands the frustrations that can occur. Delays, cost overruns etc. The best thing about is the professionalism and communication. With the pandemic we did run into some supply issues but they communicated well and things went smoothly. They have reliable sub contractors who perform quality work and there design team on the front end where great. Would use again.

I'm very satisfied with Muse's remodeling of my kitchen and two bathrooms and would recommend them to anyone considering a major remodel. I love the designs that we settled on, the material selections that were available in their showroom and the end products that were ultimately installed. The Muse construction crew and subcontractors were very professional and did excellent work.

I especially appreciated having Michael assigned as the lead on my projects -- he was an excellent carpenter and jack of all trades, kept me well informed and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience using Muse Residential to partially remodel our bathroom, replacing an old fiberglass tub/shower combo with a beautiful custom walk-in shower. The work was top-notch, the process and communications were prompt and professional, and the workers were skilled and respectful of our home and our time.

The BuilderTrend application they provide for clients was so helpful to keep everyone on the same page with expectations, scheduling, updates and financing. This was a smaller job for Muse, as they can do complete home renovations, but we received the same professional treatment they provide for the bigger projects. Highly recommended. We had Muse remodel our kitchen over the summer of 2020 and had a great experience. They were professional, personable and easy to get in contact with. We loved using the BuilderTrend app to keep in touch and to track the progress via the calendar and daily log updates. We have recommended them to our friends and hope to use them in the future when it's time to remodel our master bathroom!

Muse Residential is a professional, responsive company. Jeremy and Wendy are genuine and easy to work with. My company has worked with them on several projects and all have turned out beautifully with very happy clients.

I highly recommend this company, they know exactly what they're doing. They are fast, and very diligent. I would most definitely rate 10 stars if I possibly could. Wendy and Jerehmy were outstanding to work with. The communication between us kept a usually stressful undertaking smooth and relatively pain free. They use an app called Buildertrend to document and explain every step of the process. They returned my messages within minutes. Best of all, I have a kitchen I love. My kitchen was completed 7 months ago and I still pause to appreciate little things they recommended or helped with. They are professional, friendly, and really, really good at what they do. I'll certainly be using them for our next home improvement project.

I could not have asked for better service! I came into MUSE because I had heard from a friend that they do great work. I was back and forth over custom drapery patterns and Wendy brought my ideas to life! MUSE has so many beautiful fabrics to choose from and the price was quite reasonable. Within a month I had brand new gorgeous drapes and MUSE even installed them for me! I would 100% recommend MUSE!

They generated a bunch of great computer drawings that have really helped us visualize options for our bathroom.

They were fairly responsive, but I haven't heard anything in the last two weeks since I emailed them my photos. To be fair, there was a lapse in communication on my end, but I still never heard anything from them in the long time between communication. They are always very pleasant to deal with when we do communicate.

They did a very good job, they were focused on satisfying the client, and paid attention to a lot of the details of the project. The owners are a husband and wife team, one is the project manager and one is the designer and they work as a team and provide very good design ideas and then implement those ideas. Being a historic home in down town Concord, there were a lot of times we have to follow the rules of the historic home and they took care of all that. Also, when we call for service, they always show up and take care of us.

Muse has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment Jehremy & Wendy Warner walked into my home to assess the work to be performed, I have been impressed. They have gone to extraordinary lengths to make sure my home was what I wanted and all the while stayed within budget. Muse has assembled a great group of people that do quality work.

Their crews are professional, respectful and courteous and seemed to want to make sure I was pleased. I love everything they have done and can't wait to show off my new home!
