We had an addition placed on our home, as well as a deck on the back and siding on our exterior. From the beginning, Dan was forth coming and accurate with price and the work that he could/would do. His quotes were and remained fair and I trusted him. He stayed within budget. He is accountable and always follows through with what he says. The people who work with him are hard workers and respectful. We are very happy with Dan and the final product, and we receive many compliments.

Dan and his team have been fantastic. I hired them to build a small addition on the back of my house after interviewing around 10 other contractors - most of whom were uninterested in this small a job or wanted to charge me an outrageous price. During construction, Dan and his crew professionally managed to deal with an upset neighbor (upset was not his fault) and the most rain we've seen in years.
He stuck with me and never got angry as I changed my mind about various materials and picked out products that weren't readily in stock. Not only did Dan do a great job with my addition, but he truly cares about his customers. He drove by my house after one of the recent major storms and noticed that a large tree from the MBTA fell in my yard (almost damaging the new addition!).
He immediately called me to ask if everything was okay and if he could help. He spoke with his friends who gave me the number for the MBTA customer services and they removed the tree a few weeks later. So grateful to have found Dan and Aureli Construction and I will definitely hire them again in the future!

Dan and his team are truly great people. After working with an architect to design a two story addition Dan was able to execute on our vision both in time and on budget. Dan worked effectively with his team, subs, vendors, and my very pregnant wife to deliver a product that we are truly proud to call home. Over the course of the project, which included, completely gutting our existing home, removing walls to create an open concept dining and kitchen, redoing a retaining wall, driveway, adding 1200 sq ft, two bathrooms, and a master suite, etc. Dan proved not only to be a trusted partner but also a friend.
With any project stress is surely to be part of the equation but I never doubted that Dan had our best interests in mind and would be able to deliver on his word. Which he did thoroughly! Dan would be my only call moving forward if we ever needed work done.
