We had to redo our basement bathroom last fall. The installer did a great job. A few weeks after the install, we had a plumbing issue that the plumber said was caused by the installer. I called Trent to tell him about it not expecting him to do anything about it. I had no proof that the leak was their fault, and it had been a few weeks. Trent came and looked at it.

Even though he was sceptical that it was his installers fault, he insisted on paying our plumbing bill. It is refreshing to work with company that values their reputation more than the cost of a plumbing bill. I would recommend Mr. Dino's Baths to anyone. I saw first hand that they stand behind their work.

Trent the owner is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, fair and up front with the estimates and timeline. They take their time, look ahead at potential challenges / pitfalls and are meticulous with their work. Mr. Dino's Baths was recommended to us by a family friend in Oct. 2018. Trent stopped by, asked us what we were wanting to do. The downstairs bathroom was original from 1980. We settled on a price and scheduled a day to do the work. The job was to remove the old shower and bring it up to date. When Ben and his partner had the old one torn out, he informed me that the framing was rotted and had to be replaced.

He told me his partner would be back shortly with the materials to reframe it and they would still be on schedule for completion, the same day. As I started to ask about additional cost, he reassured me the agreed upon price would not go up one cent. A completely new shower, basin, walls, all new fixtures, corner caddy, and safety bars that weren't in the original estimate were installed by suppertime.

I had to wait until the next day to use it so the adhesives would have overnight to set. No sweat as they did all the sweating. To this day it looks as good as new. Much less effort to keep it clean than the old tile. I really don't miss the grout. Fast forward, June, 2022. The upstairs bathroom was over due. We set a date and were ready to go when I had to call the guys off as Mom had an emergency trip to the ER. Things unraveled from there and we had to rearrange the bathroom situation.

Instead of a forcing a work around, Trent said Dino's would do whatever, whenever we were ready and without hesitation returned our deposit. I never brought it up. He saw what was going on and we had our hands full. The bathroom has moved down the list but is still on the list. It's more than refreshing to work with a company that actually put us first. We love our new bathroom tub/shower system from Mr. Dino's! We highly recommend them. The quality and beauty of the product, along with the excellent installation team of Ben and Tom were fantastic. Trent was great to work with in determining our needs, product selection, and overall satisfaction. When they say no hidden charges, they mean no hidden charges. An unforeseeable problem/leak with our original plumbing was discovered once the old tub was removed. Ben not only fixed our leak, but made sure our plumbing was corrected. We will definitely use Mr. Dino's in the future when we decide to redo another bathroom.

Used Mr. Dino's 15 years ago to put in a bathtub liner and new walls for our tub/shower. Didn't think twice on who to call when we wanted to take out our tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. Two day process and did everything to our specifications. Very happy with the finished product.

Great experience with Mr. Dino's Baths - we had a deep soaking tub installed. Sales process was awesome compared to other vendors, straightforward and full disclosure on costs and installation process. Contractor showed up on time and work was completed on schedule. The original plumbing installation was poor at best (this is a 2 year old house), and the contractor went out of his way to redo the plumbing and support to do a professional installation. Very happy with the outcome and we highly recommend them.

All I can say is what a wonderful company and owner! We met with 7 contractors before settling with Mr. Dino's and we are so glad that we did! There were contractors who could have done the job cheaper, but what made us go with Mr. Dino's was the fact that they had such quick access to all the needed materials and could get the job done within 2-3 days, versus weeks that we were quoted with other people.

They worked with us on finding the best product for our price point, and in the end, even helped us to get a shower head that worked better for us. Everybody at Mr. Dino's is professional and courteous. We have had one bathroom done and have contracted with them to remodel our master bathroom. The installation crew was efficient and professional. Pete and Trent also are true to their word, all the work is done exactly as wanted and they are willing to make changes during the project to acomplish the goal. Well Done!

WOW! We gathered information about shower/tub remodels at the 2017 Home and Garden Show two weeks ago and we already have a nice new, clean shower, tub, and walls in the condo that we rent to our son. We interviewed two companies. The first company had a very polished presentation, but we went with Mr. Dino's Bath. Peter, the owner, came out to do the estimate.

He was helpful and presented his company's product simply and clearly. Their process is the same as the first company's (removing everything down to the studs), they use similar materials, they had an immediate opening, the estimate came in quite a bit less, plus, they boast a 50-year warranty on labor and materials. The installer, Tom, has been with the company for a number of years.

He was very personable, skilled, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He had good recommendations for where the accessories (shower caddy, soap dish, and grab bar) should go. He was precise, so everything was lined up and measured carefully. He did an AMAZING job. We couldn't be happier!

After 35 years, our main tub/shower combo was overdue for replacement. We contacted three different companies for estimates and were surprised at the cost differences, quality of product and detail of work each offered. We decided to go with Mr. Dino's as they presented a complete project at a better price than the others. We signed a contract with Pete the owner and within 2 days the work began. Tom our project manager was professional, courteous and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge in what he was doing.

Day 1 after removing the old tub and walls, Tom found the vapor barrier and insulation behind the wall had fallen and needed to be replaced. He showed us the issue and corrected it before moving forward with his work. The whole project included a complete removal of the old tub, cement board and drywall behind the old shower. The new wall boards were put in and the new shower system and tub were installed.

The plumbing inside the walls was updated and new fixtures were installed. This was all completed in two days, on-time, on budget and exceeded expectations. We now have a beautiful new shower and tub and honestly could not be happier. Thank you to Pete, Tom and Mr. Dino's for their professionalism, honesty and quality.

I just had my second hip and second knee replacement. I did not feel safe getting into the bathtub and talked to Dino's Baths to have a walk in shower installed. Couldn't be happier with the shower and, Ben, the installer who came to the house and was a "joy" to be around. He is a perfectionist and everything was finished beautifully. A I began the search for a contractor to redo my bathroom. It was a very frustrating endeavor until I found Mr. Dino's Bath. I can't say enough great things about them and especially Ben, the installer. I have never seen such genuine care, detail, and pride in his work. If he had a question about how I wanted something done, he asked. He was very respectful and polite.

It was a pleasure to know that if I had any questions, I could ask. And believe me, I did. I have worked in the building material business and have never been exposed to such professionalism when it comes to contractors. Pete, the owner, has also been great to work with.
