We called W. E. Bilbrey for our basement remodel and we are absolutely thrilled with the end results! We decided to go with W. E. Bilbrey because of their BBB rating and we've heard from mutual friends that they have a high quality of work ethic. We had a fairly large sized unfinished basement but wasn't getting much out of it besides storage. They created a new bedroom and closet, and installed an egress window to add more natural lighting and give a quick exit in case of emergency, they sectioned off a few areas and created a new full bathroom complete with tile shower and glass doors, and they added a kitchenette area with full appliance capabilities, storage and preparation areas.

Along with the living area down there now, it's definitely going to be our go-to place for entertaining family and friends! Mind you, this was also done during a global pandemic and our family was never worried about the great guys sent out to work on our home. They always maintained a distance, wore masks and made sure to clean up after they we done, every day. We have been blown away by the professionalism and tact the entire company showed. We couldn't be happier, thank you so much guys!

I had someone come out to my house in October for basement remodel and was told it would be 3 weeks for an estimate. I have called several times to check on the estimate and the woman who answered the phone said they were waiting on subs for pricing. I think you need new subs or better communication with customers that you will not be able to write an estimate for their job or simply don't want the work. Frustrating.

I waned a new kitchen done. Bill came out and was very thorough! He explained all the options and was done in a timely manner. The lady in the office was very nice and pleasant to talk to. They have a fantastic crew. I will be using them for my new deck this fall! Thanks again!

We have hired W.E. Bilbrey four times. After the first job--a kitchen renovation--we knew we had found a top-notch company with skilled craftsmen. That is why we have hired him three more times. Bill listens to the customer's needs, makes valuable suggestions, and gets the job done. He makes frequent trips to the job site and performs the final inspection of all work. If you want the job done right and by people who know what they are doing, hire W.E. Bilbrey. We will definitely hire him again.

W. E. Bilbrey added a room addition to our home, which included a larger kitchen, dining area and family room. We just have to say "WOW" what a transformation. Their workmanship is outstanding, they are detail oriented, friendly and trustworthy. They listened to our needs and wish list and helped us narrow down want we really wanted. We couldn't be happier with the competed project. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company that does quality work.

We were very happy with our small master bathroom remodel they did. The staff was very nice and very considerate of our home. We are in the process of having our main bathroom done and I look forward to them doing our kitchen after that! I would definitely recommend.

W.E. Bilbrey did a wonderful job with our tornado repairs. Repairs look great! They replaced both the house and garage roofs, siding, replaced windows, fixed a hole in the upper part of the house, replaced a door and a garage door. They were able to handle all the repairs we need done and we didn't have to go to any other sources for any of the work.

They knew the stress we were dealing with from the tornado and was very helpful about taking a lot of the stress off us. They made sure the repairs were completed before winter set in. Their quality of work was excellent!

Looking at Google recommendations, I called WE Bilbrey to do some work on my deck and to replace a window. We got an estimate for this repair from another contractor when we purchased the home. The other contractor never returned calls so we looked elsewhere. We already had a check for the repair. We called to get an estimate from WE Bilbrey. The Lady who came was here all of 10 minutes doing the estimate.

She took a copy of my original estimate from the other contractor and I said if they could match or even come close to it, the job was theirs. I even said if they want to eliminate the Window replacement to make the price closer, we could work with that. The lady said I would hear from them within a week. In 2 days, we got a letter in the mail saying they couldn't do the job. Not thorough with the estimate process at all and it seemed like they never wanted the work anyway. Would Not recommend them at all.

I have worked with W.E. Bilbrey for a few years now. Before them I have worked with multiple other contractors and can honestly say no other projects have gone as smoothly as they have with W.E. Bilbrey. They have done jobs for me ranging from remodeling bathrooms to remodeling an entire apartment building. The work they have done on each project has been exceptional.

The crews and representatives were always on time and easy to get hold of. They leave their work areas clean at the end of each day, not just when the project is over. When quoting the projects I felt listened too and that they did their best to do what I wanted done. Also, at the start of each project they did a good job explaining what to expect and giving me realistic timelines.

Bill is easy to work with and has handled all the unexpected issues that come with any project professionally and calmly. Anytime an issue did arise it was addressed honestly, openly, and quickly. They also have been flexible in working with me, allowing me to do certain parts of the projects myself to save on cost. At the end of each project they assured I was happy with what was completed and stood behind their work. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to have quality work done.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend W.E. Bilbrey General Contractor. Of all the people we worked with, this crew was the most professional. They arrived in a timely manner, the projects were complete to our satisfaction and Mr. Bilbrey followed up to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome.

The jobs performed by his crew included cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical work and flooring installation. Each job was completed with excellent results. My experiences with W.E. Bilbrey General Contractor has been very positive the few times I needed their assistance with projects. 2016 I needed concrete work to be performed for breaking up the old concrete, removing the 5 PVC piping and then laying new concrete due to water problems around the house. When I contacted Mr. Bilbrey and explained my situation he said he will get someone out to take a look at the situation.

Within 1 week a representative came out, evaluated the situation and provided me with a cost. The employee was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done from the beginning to the end of the project. We are now looking to remodel our kitchen which will be a complete gut job including laying new flooring. I have reached out again with Mr. Bilbrey for his assistance.

He and I spoke about what my wife is looking to have done this Spring (2018). Michelle from his company will be assigned to help us to understand what all will be performed and cost associated with this big project of ours. I am confident when the weather break I will be able to schedule some time with Michelle. On a personal note. Mr. Bilbrey has always come across as a very honest and honorable person.

I recently had a family room addition installed by these good folks. Their work surpassed all expectations. I could not have been happier. Their people were clean, neat and respectful. The workmanship was excellent, on time and at a very fair price. Michelle listened to what we wanted and made several recommendations that enhanced our project and made the space very inviting and truly a joy to be in. Her and her team will be on the top of my list for the next project we need.

The office staff and home remodelers at W. E. Bilbrey are as good as they come: always responsive, quick to provide estimates and information, trustworthy, and last -- but certainly not least -- absolutely top notch materials and workmanship. We are 100% happy with the quality of their final products. new bathroom mirrors, new master bathroom shower doors (with embedded waterfall pattern), and a "finishing" rework of the baseboard around the edge of our flooring. To Whom It May Concern: Whenever I need repairs or a remodel on my house I always call Bill Bilbrey. His company has done several jobs for me in the past 10 years, both large and small. They have completed new construction (a garage) and remodeling (my bathroom) for me as well as a number of repairs. Their work is always of excellent quality and they use quality materials.

My favorite part is how they clean up after themselves! Everyone is considerate of the homeowner and their concerns throughout the process of completing the job. When I have wanted repurpose materials from a job, Bill's group has patiently honored my request and helped me move the materials to another location for my convenience. Whenever I have had a concern or question, Bill answers promptly and addresses the concern quickly.

Unlike other contractors, he has never told me what I have to accept on a job or how much I would be willing to pay. Another contractor did that and they lost my business for life. Bill has always answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and gives service of the highest quality. He makes sure the customer is satisfied before the last check is written.

I first met Bill when I was doing an internship in Occupational Therapy and I can attest that Bill treats everyone with the same courtesy no matter what their physical challenges may be.
