The Bath Doctor

My wife and I decided last year to upgrade our house that we have been living in for 15 years. The house, built in 1969, was remodeled before we moved in. But after 15 years, it was starting to look dated. We decided on replacing all the carpet with flooring, paint the entire interior, replace a patio door, screen screen door another window with problems, and finally completely redo both bathrooms.

We replaced the vanities and toilets with a contractor. Hired another contracting company that used sub-contractors, and Bath Doctor to replace the shower downstairs, and upstairs the tub/shower. Both were old looking, so we looked forward to the work. Bath Doctor advised us the work would take 4 days. And they took 4 days to make our bathrooms beautiful!

Their work was professional, and they take pride in their work. We were more than happy with the final product. Thank you Karen for everything. Your family business is the best.

From consultation with Karen to finished project, Bath Doctor was wonderful. Not only were they the most reasonable cost-wise for what we were looking to do -- replace a tub/shower, re-model the tile by replacing with acrylic subway tile walls, correct our cracked paint ceiling, repaint it, etc. -- they also seemed to have a game plan from the jump.

We have a renovated old house and not a lot of contractors make you feel so at ease regarding surprises that may happen along a job. The folks at Bath Doctor were local, knowledgable, punctual, great with communication, hard-working, and all-around a true pleasure to work with. One month later and we are absolutely loving our bathroom. Recommend them highly!

We have used Bath Doctor twice in 2 different houses. The first was a full bathroom remodel and the second was just a shower. They do a great job and are very thorough. Scott did extra caulking in the bathroom that wasn't part of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for our other bathrooms.

We had a leak in our dining room ceiling because of a leak in our kid's bathroom above. We received many quotes to repair and replace, or remodel, the entire bathroom. The quotes ranged in price from $7000 to $20,000 and everywhere in between. And materials for the tub, walls and floor varied even more. Bath Doctor was not only the least expensive, they were the most responsive, really listening to and addressing our concerns.

They also took the least amount of time to do the job--just 3 days and provided the longest lasting warrenties on their work--lifetime on the materials which were all waterproof and low maintenance. It's been almost three months since they completed the work and we haven't had any leakage or any other problems since they fixed it. They definitely deserve a 5-Star rating and we will certainly use them again to fix our master bathroom.

Family owned and operated. They did great work, were very nice and the finished product was a huge improvement to our bathrooms. We did both of my elderly parents bathroom. I highly recommend there services.

After receiving numerous quotes from varies bath renovation companies, I was telling a friend of all the pros and cons from those meetings. She recommended Bath Doctor. We were interested in a tub to shower conversion. Most companies didn't want to remove our old tile. They just wanted to tile over the old tile. We wanted to make sure there wasn't any water damage behind the old tile.

We met with Karen with Bath Doctor and spent a few hours with her asking questions and looking at samples. We were very impressed with Karen's knowledge and her presentation and decided to hire them; she sold us the job on the spot. We never felt any sales pressure like before. As a rule I am uncomfortable with workers in my home, not this time.

They are a family business and made me feel very comfortable. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were neat and efficient. We did have one hiccup after the completion but Karen jumped thru hoops to correct our concerns, which wasn't their fault but that of the manufacture of the shower insert. I highly recommend Bath Doctor and thank Karen, Scott and her Dad for our new shower.

We had them take out our tub and put in a shower. The job start to finish was excellent with each step of removal the cleaned up the area. They came in and put down protection for the floors and really took care in our home. We love the new shower and it is nice to find a company that not only does really good work but also really cares. We will recommend them to everyone we know.

We had bath doctor install a walk in shower for our handicap daughter. When I learned that the owners of Bath Doctor had an autistic son, it gave even greater meaning to the entire project. the job was priced right, I got 5 estimates. Bath Doctor is a family operated and locally owned business I was told the job would take 2 days. They stayed a couple of hours later and finished it in one day. great company.

Great people. A real joy having them in my home. It has been a couple of years since the work was done. Everything is working great. The safety features of the job means everything to us.
