We've worked with Tracy at Modern Kitchen and Baths on 2 of our homes. He listens, and it shows in his designs. Bathrooms, kitchens, laundry room they are stylish and affordable.

I love Mike, he was fantastic and so was his crew! My countertops and backsplash are beautiful and the veins match up perfectly! I recommend them highly. CV19 delayed the installation but when they could come they had the project completed quickly! They were very caring and considerate and wore masks while working! Thank you!

I have done several projects with Mr. DuPree and can tell you I have never been let down. I did a complete kitchen remodel, a laundry room, and these built in cabinets (photo attached). Geat guy to work with.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and bath! Many companies refused to talk to us unless we spent a ridiculous amount of money. Modern worked within our budget to give us EVERYTHING we wanted! They were very timely and professional. I would 100% use their services again. Their employees were also super nice to our pets! Bonus!

If I could I would give them a zero when the saleman came out to my home he told me and my husband the tile on the kitchen wall would have to be removed with a Jackhammer the tile was never removed it was dry walled over I would not recommend them to no one

Dave is fantastic, knowledgeable, and can help turn your thoughts/design into reality. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions patiently. You could tell he cared more about us getting what we wanted. The delivery was on time and very professional as well.

We signed a contract for a kitchen make-over on Feb. 13, 2017. It was over a year before they completed the job. It was nothing complicated, no moving walls, just a simple tear out and replace with new. They were there to tear everything out within the first few weeks, but it was months before we saw any signs of cabinets. Though they promised that it would be completed well before the Muny season began, we spent the summer having to take every meal out and living in a complete mess.

It is not our main residence, but it is used by us and our family, and we were not used to being treated so poorly. Multiple pleas to complete the job would bring someone in to make a few minor steps toward progress and then nothing for weeks and weeks, even months. Finally after a year, in Feb. of 2018, the owner contacted us to say that he had fired the man we were working with and wanted to get the job finished.

Their was no apology given until I told him I was coming up to make a final payment, and then only with the qualifying statement that, "there must have been work added during the process". There wasn't anything added, they were not honest with us, and I would caution anyone considering using this company. Their products are good, but get someone else to do the work!

Called about getting an estimate for cultured marble. They told me to visit the store. I drive to visit the store and set up and estimate, which nobody showed up for. I took off work for this so I called when they didn't show up, and they weren't going to make it. They gave me an estimate for over six thousand dollars for one shower with cultured marble slabs with a small window (which they never saw).

They never gave me pricing details when I first visited the store in person. I could get onyx for that price, and don't appreciate their lack of customer service, and getting the run around for an estimate over the phone, which is what I wanted initially. I called around and other companies can do this same work for under $2,000, which is a third of what they wanted to charge.

We recently had our bathrooms remodeled by Modern Kitchen and Bath and we could not be more pleased. The finished bathrooms are gorgeous and their diligence and professionalism throughout the process was exceptional. The worker who performed all of the work, Mike Sillman was extraordinary. The final product he created exceeded all of our expectations. Based on our experience, anyone considering a remodeling job could not do better than Modern. Bob & Cathy Beekman

What started out as a good product at a great price turned into awful customer service. Upon receiving counter tops for me to self-install (delivered, which was great), it was missing a piece of edging which was signed off in the specs provided. I immediately notified my saleswoman, Nicole Doty, via phone that it was missing. She responded "Oh yeah, that should be there, it was in the specs." Unfortunately, 3 months later, several phone calls, emails, and store visits later, the store or company manager continues to lie to me about installation of the missing piece.

I gave these people over 2 months to fix THEIR PROBLEM, to which they dropped off the incorrect piece ON MY DOORSTEP, then continued to drop the ball each time and lied to me about when it would be remedied. I'm going on 3.5 months without this problem fixed. Avoid this merchant. You will have nothing but headaches.
