Our services are ready to developers, contractors, homeowners, designers, and fabricators. In 1992 we started manufacturing our own cultured marble products.

Below is a time line of our dealings with Majestic. As you review the data, two things should become apparent; Majestic was incompetent in dealing with their glass supplier and was incompetent in dealing with us (their customer). It took them two and a half months to deliver the glass. It took our contractor less than half that time to convert our master bath to be ADA compliant.
How is it possible we had two dates scheduled for installation in March when the supplier did not accept the PO until April? 2/01/2021 - We received the quote from Majestic for our shower glass. 2/02/2021 - We returned the signed off quote to Majestic. 2/09/2021 - We received status from Majestic stating that we are out 10 to 12 days for the glass. 3/10/2021 - We scheduled installation with Majestic for 3/16 at 8:30am. 3/16/2021 - At 11:09am, two and a half hours after the scheduled start of installation, we received an email form Majestic stating "The glass has been delayed.you should have been informed yesterday.
We are hoping it will show up today to run it to the installer for an afternoon installation. I apologize for the lack of communication. I was informed this morning that the glass did not come yesterday afternoon." 3/18/2021 - Our contractor was told "They have an eta of 3/24 and a appointment 3/26 at 8:30-9:30 if it's in. Does that work for you?" 3/25/2021 - At 4:00pm we received an email form Majestic stating "We had been told by our supplier we could expect an eta of 3/24.
Come to find out, that is the date the glass shipped out, not the eta. We will not have this glass in hand until Tuesday 3/30 at the earliest. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, " 4/06/2021 - In response to repeated requests for status we receive this from Majestic "Below is the response that was emailed to our purchasing department this morning.
We understand this is not an answer but wanted to provide what has been given to us. "Good morning, Xxxxx, the operator of the cast glass was diagnosed with covid-19 mid-March. He was out for two weeks so this is why we are not seeing much updates in the status of the orders. I do have a scan for PO:xxxxx that was accepted on 4/5/2021 at 3:35pm." " 4/13/2021 - We received the following from Majestic: "Just received email from our glass purchasing letting me know the glass is scheduled to ship out today and should arrive at our location Friday. Scheduling should be calling to schedule once it goes through QC." 4/16/2021 - Much to his surprise, our contractor received an invoice for the glass and installation, even though we have not been told that it arrived. 4/19/2021 - We received a scheduling request for 4/21 from Majestic. 4/20/2021 - We agreed on a schedule of 9:30am to 10:00am on 4/21. 4/21/2021 - Installers showed up at 9:38am and had the glass installed within an hour. It looks great.

Customer service is very important to me when considering who I buy products/services from. With Majestic Kitchen and Bath, you can tell that its a top priority- From the start of the process, through quality product selection, and installation, you are taken care of like you're family. My experience was great. I have dealt with many other companies over the years and this was my best experience. I have a hard time believing some of the other reviews. Not knowing how to measure? Seems like there is more to that story. They are very trustworthy and I had a great experience like I said.

We just worked with the staff of Majestic to purchase new counters tops for our kitchen and master bathroom. They were very professional and attentive to what we needed, Even though the shop was closed to the public Kim worked with us sending pictures and pricing via email. Technicians were polite and efficient. This is the second time we have had them help us with a remodel. We love our new kitchen and bathroom. A big "shout out" to the whole Majestic Crew! March 14, 2019 - measure for new shower door and mirror. April 18 - With delays caused by supplier issues, Majestic technicians were scheduled to install both shower doors and mirror with an 8:30 AM arrival time. After a call to Majestic the technicians arrived at 10:30. - Late The mirror arrived without the ordered bevel border and the shower door had large gaps at one edge and bottom, and one door hit the frame without hitting the bumper. - Wrong product & poor work. Majestic admitted an error on the mirror and agreed to replace it and planned to readjust the shower on the mirror replacement visit. April 24 - The technician was scheduled to arrive between 1 and 2, but arrived at 2:45 and replaced the mirror.
When asked about adjusting the shower door, he said that he knew nothing about it and did not have time to work on it, but he did spend a little time diagnosing the problem. - Late & Work order incomplete. May 6 - Technician came to adjust the shower doors and discovered that side frames had been cut too short and he shimmed them so the shower would be functional while they ordered new side frames. - Another problem with initial install. June 11 - With a 10 day delay because we were traveling, technician scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9.
At 9:15, no technician. Called, technician shows at 9:45. New side frames and bumpers were installed, and adjustment was made to reduce water splashing under one door. - Late again, but we are finally pleased with the result. Throughout this somewhat frustrating process everyone at Majestic was friendly and helpful, and I'm confident that they will stand behind their product. But, it took 4 visits and almost 3 months to get it right. Technician was late on 3 of 4 visits; 2 of 4 work orders were wrong or incomplete and initial workmanship was poor. - 2 Stars

Our home was purchased with some outdated bathroom decor and we decided to go into Majestic Kitchen and Bath to look at other options for an upgrade. The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the selection process. We selected the subway tile and a new glass enclosure. Within a couple of weeks everything was beautifully installed.
A plumber came out the same day to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing and the gentlemen that installed the new marble were amazing. Their attention to detail was on point and they even made a few suggestions on how they could install the marble to provide a cleaner look. These guys were done in a day and everything went seamlessly. The glass was installed a short time later and the employees that came out did an excellent job. The shower looks great!

These guys are the best! Our 1967 Newly purchased home had a tile shower with a glass door that was not hanging correctly and needed new silicone sealing rubber gasket. The technicians arrived on time. Performed the job professionally with a very keen eye to detail. They saw that the door wasn't landing correctly and balanced the hinges and then asked me if it suited my needs.
