Beige tub and surround glazed white and new bathroom looks absolutely amazing. Couldn't be happier. Everyone who sees it has to touch it to believe it's real. So pleased with the service provided and the skill with which it was done. Highly recommend Mark and Moffatt and Sons. Service: Bathtub reglazing

Just had our old tub refinished by Mike Moffat. He did an amazing job! You would never know this tub was origional to our almost 100 year old house! Mike was so attentive and professional. He has it down to a science since his company has been doing tub refinishing since 1986! He was great at communication throughout the job and was very neat and clean during the job and after. Mike is a good, nice, respectable guy.
He is very proud of his family business and the work he does for his customers. The tub refinishing is such a good idea if you have an old tub. Old tubs are made with such good quality and the new ones just dont compair. The refinishing really shows off the charm of the old tub. So glad we did it with Moffat & Sons!

My tub was old and worn out. So we called Moffat and Sons. They came in a pretty short amount of time and fixed it right up! When I saw it for the first time, I noticed a few spots were imperfect. As soon as we told them about the imperfections, they came back immediately and fixed them! My tub looks brand new! Thank you! I love it! Highly recommend this company!

Moffat & Sons refinished our tub in April, 2015. The initial job was fine, except that the refinishing material was sprayed all over our brand new tile floor and even out into the hallway onto our wood floor. I called the company and they came out and cleaned it up as best they could. There is still a slight residue on our wood floor. Over the last 2 1/2 years, the finish has started wearing down in places and chipping really bad in others, with some spots 2"-3" across.
We have been very careful about not having any metal containers in the tub that could be dropped (causing a chip) or using any abrasive scrubbing materials/cleaners (as advised when the job was completed). Additionally, the "sand finish" that we had put on the bottom to prevent slipping has stained over the last 2 years (and I clean quite frequently).
As shown in the pictures below, between the chipped paint and stained bottom, the tub looks pretty crappy (and always looks dirty, no matter how diligently I clean it). I only just recently contacted the company, because until the large chipping started happening, I was willing to live with the small spots and stained "sand finish." Their response was that because I did not contact them within the 2-year warranty period they would have to charge to redo the entire tub. I don't like to leave negative reviews but feel compelled to share my experience, because I wish I would have known this before we decided to hire Moffat & Sons.
