Contemporary Bath Design

I recently started looking for a company to produce a glass top to go with a beautiful vessel sink we purchased. CGD was the third company I contacted because I found it difficult to get a response from the first two I corresponded with. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with the experience of dealing with Michael Fridman. He is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and very concerned about pleasing his customers. In todays world of lackluster customer service, Michael stands out as the example of how companies should treat their customers and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I highly recommend Contemporary Glass Design Limited. From my first contact with CGD through the completion of the project, the customer service was excellent and I was guided all through the process. My project was a 9 foot long, back-lit glass bathroom countertop. I live in St. Louis, MO USA, and had some reservations about contracting with a company in another country (Canada), and so far away.

The company owner, Michael Fridman, led me through every step, and assured me that everything would be fine---and it was! I had also contacted two other companies about my project and found that the cost estimate from CGD was very competitive. I had many questions, and Michael was always gracious to give me a speedy response. We kept in close contact by email, telephone, and photos.

The finished product is beautiful, and actually surpasses my expectations. I could say it's exactly what I wanted, but, truthfully, it is more than I even dreamed of! It's stunning. Without any reservations, I definitely recommend this company. Peggy Browne and Greg Nicholson
