We have worked with owner Larry Newman on multiple projects for more than 15 years. Highly recommend for good quality work at fair prices. Larry cares that they get the details right-and it shows. Their office manager, Candice, keeps you informed at every step of the project-I've never had that level of communication and care in any other project anywhere else. Our master bath remodel looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

11/2020. A small business with poor customer service. The regular staff on the job site were great. The owner is dishonest. We had one particular instance where a new person with no professional skilled painting experience, left significant damage for other regular staff to repair the next day. This was only taken care of because we demanded that no further work be done until the damage and mess was corrected.

The owner was planning on sending the same employee back with someone else the next and stated they "would assess after." He stopped into the house the day it happened, and saw part of the mess, but left the employee there alone. Staff didn't keep each other informed about job specifics. Office staff actually made excuses. Several email inquires were ignored.

When a customer is paying on time, and honoring a contract, they better care. They are being paid to know about the job specifics. We honored the contract fully because we mostly liked the work until then. Then a staff member flushed blue contractor paper towels down the toilet. We found out when our system backed up on a Saturday a few days afterward, and sewage flowed out of the lower level, into the garage and down the driveway.

We couldn't use our plumbing and had to have an emergency plumber come out. He showed photos of the blue paper towels from the scope camera that were in the pipes out front of the house. They blocked the drainage and back-flowed into the toilet downstairs anytime plumbing was used anywhere in the house. This bill was $868.00. It took the weekend to clean up.

We presented the bill and photos to the owner and he agreed to pay for it. On the final statement, an over $800 increase on the labor side appeared without explanation. Only the materials were itemized, and that accounting was murky. My spouse is a PhD in Math. Numbers don't lie. After running numbers for labor & materials from the 1st & final estimate, 75% was labor & not itemized.

When we demanded itemization, the owner refused. Stopping short at calling this "suspect" is being generous. He offered a 5% discount on the project final total, in addition to reimbursement for the plumbing fiasco. We accepted and paid it. We were sick of dealing with them. We do not recommend them based upon the dishonest conduct of the owner. As of 2/2021: No permits were ever filed for any part of this job, like the owner was supposed to do, until we found out in 1/2021.

The job finished 11/2020. The owner stated that he thought we wanted the job done without permits. Note this is a licensed contractor who "completed" a professional job, received payment in full and on time, but did not honor the contract. Worse, he actually tried to shake us down for $500 more to file the permit applications that he was supposed to do.

His justification for this was that permits were never a line item in the contract. If the reader has fully read this review, it was noted that he could not and flat-out refused to provide documentation for questionable increases, and for the labor that was 75% of the bill. My spouse reminded him of this, and he filed the permits after we informed him that we also spoke directly with the permit office. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I contacted Only Bathrooms as one of 3 firms about adding a bathroom to my basement for my niece who is living with me while attending grad school. Right from our first conversation, Larry understood my objective exactly - a simple, functional, high quality but not overly fancy bathroom for a young woman. And it needed to be done within an existing room that had a laundry sink but no other plumbing, and within a specific time frame and within a reasonable budget. Honestly, selecting Larry's company for the project was an easy decision.

He and his team delivered on all aspects - design, execution, production, communication, timeline and budget. My niece and I are delighted with the results. The staff are all talented, experienced and highly skilled craftsmen and women who clearly take great pride both individually and as a team in their work and in creating a beautiful end product and space.

It was a pleasure to get to know a little and to work with each and every one of them. I would highly recommend Larry's team and Only Bathrooms for any new or remodel project.

Only Bathrooms did a terrific job on installing built-in cabinetry in our new-to-us home that was devoid of storage capacity. They arrived early and in a timely-manner each day, thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, worked hard, kept on our job till completion, stayed in good regular communication with us, and paid close attention to detail. As the job ended, they listened to us and quickly altered a few details entirely to our satisfaction. I confidently recommend Only Bathrooms.

We had an unfinished basement, and they came in and did a superb job. They worked within our guidelines, made sure that the things that were most important to me were included. They installed a bathroom, a laundry room, and a family room. I now love doing laundry. The thing that set them above the other estimates I received, is when they said, "Mistakes are always a part of construction, so we can't promise you we won't make any, but we can promise that we will do our best to fix them" They were timely, showed up when they said, and were tidy. Highly recommend them.

With 4 kids and a busy lifestyle, we were way overdue for our main bathroom to get a facelift. Craig was friendly and patient, offered some excellent suggestions and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not the cheapest guys in town, they helped work with our budget and made sure we emphasized quality over style and are so glad that we did. We plan to be in this home for many more years and feel confident that the new bathroom will be able to stand the test of time. We can hardly wait for the next project!

My wife and I meet Craig Little at the Capital Expo. We told him we wanted to redue our master bath and asked him if he came to our area. We received 4-5 emails confirming date and time, ect. The morning before he was to come out he called and said he and his boss thought maybe it was to far. How unprofessional! My wife and I both took of work to meet him. Not reliable nor professional at all.

Very professional and courteous people. They answered all our questions and stayed within budget. They were very flexible regarding start dates, and didn't hesitate to come back and fix something that was actually our fault. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel or install a bathroom and kitchen in a basement.

We contacted 5 different remodeling companies and Only Bathrooms was the only one who said they could put a bathroom in our basement. They did it, and made the finished basement much more functional as a mother-in-law suite. -Nigel/Bianca, Great Falls

We hired Only Bathrooms to complete a kitchen/pantry project that involved knocking down a kitchen wall, installing a new closet wall, relocating cabinets, relocating a closet door, putting up closet shelves, moving electrical outlets and switches, and putting up new light pendants and recessed lights. We picked Only Bathrooms because Craig seemed to have the best vision for our project and their estimate was fair when compared to the others we received.

Once the work commenced, Craig was very responsive to our requests and his team (Joell, Jose, Edwin, etc) did excellent work. The workers arrived each day on time and worked with attention to detail throughout the day. They were not sitting around at any time. I also appreciate that they checked in with me as the project progressed to ensure they were meeting the requirements.

They made sure to put up plastic to protect my furniture/belongings and covered the floors to protect the hardwood. They also carefully cleaned up after themselves each day and came to pick up the excess debris as it accumulated. We are really happy with the outcome and love our new kitchen and pantry. We would definitely rehire them to complete our bathrooms when we are ready to remodel.

Larry and his crew completely tore out and replaced two existing bathrooms plus added a third half-bath in my basement. Larry had some great ideas on how to make our existing bathrooms better by reconfiguring the layouts. I also went to his showroom to pick cabinets, fixtures, tile, and countertops. The guys on the crew that did the work were all great and very friendly.

They cleaned up the space at the end of each day and managed to work around us when we needed to be in the house. I think the price was very fair and the end product looks very high end. I'd use them again.

Only Bathrooms and Larry Newman recently remodeled a guest bathroom for me, and I am thrilled with the way it turned out. I have used Only Bathrooms for several years now, and they've always done an exceptional job. They've remodeled all three bathrooms in my house, and also my kitchen. They've replaced sliding glass doors with beautiful patio doors, even adding a doggie door into one of them at my request.

They repainted the entire interior of my home, and have done several other smaller projects for me over the years. I keep going back to them because Larry is so easy to work with, and I know I'll get an excellent job for a reasonable price. I don't even bother with getting other estimates. When I'm ready for a new home improvement project, I just email Larry, and we get going. He and his company are the best.

When you focus your efforts on doing top notch excellent work you get Only Bathrooms. Larry did not offer the cheapest price but offered the best value. Not only do I feel feel like I got what I paid for I got the best expertise with Larry. He is the best at what he does and has a great group of guys with him as well. Thanks Only Bathrooms.

I was referred to this company by a friend late last year. My experience was 100 percent positive. I had a vision for how I wanted my master bathroom to look and they helped me make it a reality. The quality of the work was fantastic and I'm beyond pleased with how everything turned out.

I do not recommend this company. They didn't carefully scope the job and so I ended up with a different bathroom than I contracted for. Also they did not deliver what they promised. While the quality of work was good, the attention to detail was not and the job oversight and communication with the workers and the customer was poor.
