I can understand if first job wasn't done properly or missed a spot(but should be done right the first place) but the second time to redo your work and still didn't do it right is NO EXCUSE! Technician said we must've turn water on or something, now why would we do that and risk of another day of no shower! Second time the technician removed most of the caulk and didn't bother to recaulk and recheck his job before leaving.
Now my husband has to fix what he left behind before water starts seeping thru the cracks and ruin my kitchen ceiling! This is why we called them in the first place to prevent a leaking tub or ceiling and to have a beautiful deglazed tub. Very unsatisfied with the work.

Critical: Professionalism Tried to hire this guy for simple tub reglazing but after 5 minutes on the phone with Rick of listening to him say "I've been doing this for 20 years" and blaming my realtor for bad information and just non stop talking with arrogance I got bad impression. What ever happened to customer service and listening skills?

WOW! I was truly amazed at the recent transformation of my dingy looking porcelain tub. I thought there was no hope of it ever looking better, until I was referred to Ugly Tub. Excellent customer service in the office and from my technician. Both very professional. Very neat job done with written explanations of how to care for the new tub finish. Reasonable cost. I am highly pleased and recommend this company!
