I placed an order in Jan for custom shower pan. Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from them regarding my order. After I placed another order for a Niche someone called me stating that the sent me an email with the customer approval spec document i needed to sign and return. At no time did anyone try to follow up on the email i never received.
In March i notified Keith Block that the pan was not the size I ordered. It is 1/4" off on all the measurements. He instructed me to email info@tileredi.com with pictures showing the measurements. I did as instructed and was not contacted with further instructions to rectifying this situation. Approximately two weeks went by with no one contacting me.
I finally called Mr. Block and he instructed me to use screws through the wall of base to secure and close the gap between base wall and studs. The installation guide specifically states "shower pan must be aligned properly and fit snuggly against studs. DO NOT NAIL OR SCREW". I sent a second email in April to info@tileredi.com with pictures regarding the measurements of the bottom of the shower pan, also showing the measurements are not accurate. NO RESPONSE.
I sent two more emails and a letter to their corporate office regarding the situation hoping to get it rectified or get a refund to no avail. As of date, May 19, 2021 my emails and letter has not been acknowledged and no one has contacted me to rectify the situation.

Just like the other reviews, the product is clearly cheaply made. When I called them on it they offered to take it back with a 30% restocking fee. I sent it back the 20 days after they had received it they sent me an email saying they will not refund my money because the product was damaged. In the picture sent the box was in perfect condition but the cheaply made pan was broken inside.
When I talked to the returns department they told me that "They see things broken in boxes all the time without the box being damaged." Maybe if the product was made better it would not break in the box. Super bummed & out $800.00 Do better research than I did & skip Tile Redi products.

I bought one of their shower pans and was extremely dissatisfied with the product. The thing looked fine online, but once it arrived it was clearly very cheaply made. Here's the kicker though, they will not allow you to return the product! Yup, it's buyer beware over at Tile Redi. Got tricked into buying a cheap product? Too bad, they've got your money and they're not giving it back.
Be smart (unlike me), read reviews online before you buy their products. Google: "tile redi shower pan flex" and read the horror stories. I went with this option to save some money (stupid me), I should have just paid to have someone construct the shower pan. Now I have to do that anyway, while their overpriced plastic sits in my garbage can.

I bought the shower pan installation package but they didn't send enough adhesive for the tile installation. When I asked them to send more, so we could complete the work, they charged us for the "extra adhesive" and promised prompt delivery. I just called because the delivery was promised yesterday, they said sorry it wont' be there until next week. We are left hanging in the wind without a shower. Not using them for the rest of the bathrooms!
