Yessica made picking tile for our bathroom renovation a great experience! She's very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations. The tile we purchased was significantly better quality than anything else we saw at comparable prices. I'd highly recommend working with Yessica to anyone looking for modern tile.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Yessica! She was phenomenal.very knowledgeable of all the products and went out of her way to be helpful. We loved our experience and especially enjoyed the special attention we received. The products were also superior to any we had seen before! Great experience and have already referred to many of our friends!

We first went to Porcelanosa in the design district we had the worst experience ever, the employees there did not send us an estimate, after 2 visits we still got nothing but attitude, I figured since the customer service is horrible I will just go somewhere else. I end up next to this location, so I thought maybe this location is a little better, I walked in and meet Yessica, she went above and beyond honestly she is one of the best people I ever done business with. this 5 Starts is just for her. My wife and I are so happy and we will be happier when we get our tiles installed :

We purchased tiles, countertops, and cabinetry for our new construction and couldn't be happier with the process. We worked with Yessica, who is so knowledgeable she's like a walking database. She helped us with all of our selections for each room, and really helped us with the design process as well. We'd highly recommend working with her!

This is the last place you want to get tile. The problem is the warehouse will hold your order until they are ready. Even though it is in stock they will let you know the system will not allow them to get you the tile for up to a week. Heaven forbid you need more tile and your contractor is installing the tile.let them know to start another job as you will probably wait another week for a tile that is literally in stock but does not have an employee to pull it from the shelves and allow you to pick up what you have paid for.

You are begging to get the product which you have paid for. There are plenty of other Tile stores with similar quality to have to beg to get your tile. I will never shop here again.

I have bought the Dubai Bronze tiles from Porcelanosa, Fireplace looks Stunning.

In June I had gone to a competitor's tile shop in the same neighborhood and waited for 45 minutes for someone to notice me so I went to Porcelanosa. Yessica was the first person to great me as I entered the store and provided me with excellent customer service. I am in the process of installing the tiles now and I am thrilled with the quality of the tiles and the quality of the customer service. I will be going back when I need more tile or ideas on how to renovate my kitchen!

Yessica is do knowledgeable. She helped me choose all the tiles, fixtures and materials. Gorgeous outcome. Can't edit to do my next project with her. Exquisite taste, product knowledge and experience lead to fabulous design. Thank you Yessica.

I'm completely satisfied and happy with all Porcelanosa products but the first class service I've received from the sales department goes avobe all expectations. Yessica Guzman is amazing human being and professional in her job, she assisted with my orders, providing product information and suggestions to make my project super special

Very professional service, Yessica is great to help us find the right tile for our whole house, always responds our request in time, good experience with them.

Terrible place. I walked in and there were two people sitting at opposing desks the woman barely acknowledged my presence. I walked around the showroom which has barely any displays for such a big place but besides as I made my way back to front the gentleman says, ma'am can you put on a mask and just sat at his desk. THESE PEOPLE COMPLETELY ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL! Can I help you as I walked in would have been a hell of a lot better. Stay away at least from this location!

I visited this showroom looking to purchase everything for my bathrooms. I called ahead and was told I did not need an appointment. First of all the staff was rude and unwilling to help. I tried to get the attention of someone multiple times just to be told to wait. Nobody came to help me. Finally I left the store. Considering I came in with my checkbook ready to make my purchase, they lost a great client! I will never go back there.

I was extremely disappointed in the poor treatment I received from the woman working at Porcelanosa today. Instead of asking me if she could help me with anything, she just asked if I was coming to look around. When I did tell her I was interested in a porcelain tile floor for my kitchen she told me where they were and that there's a lot of them.

When I asked her more questions about prices, which floor is best for a small kitchen she seemed to have little interest in giving me any information or help. She told me one thing about the large size of the tiles and when I was going to ask her something else she walked back to her desk. In fact, it seemed more like I was bothering her. I have no idea what this woman is doing working in sales because she is probably the worst salesperson I've ever encountered. I've seen teens who can do better.

Extremely disappointing for the brand Porcelanosa. In Spain ( where this company is from) sales staff help customers graciously and offer them a coffee. Here I felt unwelcome, uncomfortable and like I was bothering the salesperson. She was more attentive to what she was doing on the computer than trying to help me, the only customer in the store. Porcelanosa, for such a high-end store, you can and should do better. Ive been to Porcelanosa in Spain several times and I can assure you that this salesperson would not last a day there.

I received better treatment and service at Home Depot the same day. The store has beautiful and unique products and it's a shame that this woman will cause the store to lose customers and sales. I will try the Paramus store, even though this one is much closer to my house. Let's hope people who want to treat customers well work there. Otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.

Fine line between a 2-3 star. Covid protocols in place with limiting the number of people and requiring everyone put on gloves and wear masks. We were welcomed but that's about it. Nobody asked if they could help us and they ended up helping others who arrived after us. Was a nice showroom with several options to peruse but they also had several displays they were changing so roped off areas. For the price of the tile I want, I would expect better service.

I worked with Yessica for my entire project and I am so happy with the outcome. She helped me to pick all the tiles for floor / accent walls. I highly recommend Yessica as she is good at what she does. Thank u Yessica!

There is room for improvement, and that requires more than just this location. The number of items available is diverse, and prices fairly reflect the quality and design. One can expect to pay three to five times the price of any given item relative to standard shops like Home Depot. There are sometimes sales, but items will still remain above average costs.

This location is huge, and right off Route 17. Items from other showrooms are available, and I'd say that only the Manhattan branch is comparable in size. I had an excellent experience ordering with Robert, and the warehouse manager is very kind and supportive in ensuring good delivery of items. On a more sour note, the initial welcoming of customers from staff outside of those I mentioned was rather condescending though this shouldn't be blamed on staff, but perhaps the number of employees working as there aren't enough in this branch and all the other branches I visited in New York. Porcelanosa really needs to focus on communication and logistics to maintain their brand value outside of their products.

It would greatly help customers if they knew what items were in stock as well as exact delivery times though that might lead to an overall reassessment of European working standards. Usually if an item is not available, it takes anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to receive an item at the warehouse and the customer has to continuously contact Porcelanosa for updates. Overall, this place offers decent and expensive products with hardworking staff, but the company as a whole really needs to provide more support to both its organization and customers.

Purchased everything from my bathrooms from this store and had a great experience with sales. Bad experience came during delivery. They sent one guy who's the driver and delivery guy (showing up on a Penske truck). He dropped everything on our driveway, drove backward and took out our mailbox and post. We spoke with the showroom who assured us that we would be reimbursed.

That was reported in December. We followed through until our bathrooms renovations were done, through covid and silent. NOTHING! The guy who helped us had an OOO email stating he will be back in May, which I received now after I sent follow up email in June (businesses were closed and just started to reopen in early June, so I'm being mindful about that) and this past Friday (08/21/20).

How can a business be so unorganized like this company? And the reimbursement isn't even a high number. I can't escalate to anybody else because nobody answered their phones! I think we've been extremely patient and considerate for 8 months, no?

I love how I walked in the store the other day and the man sitting at his desk couldn't even be bothered to greet me, but had enough energy to tell me to disinfect my hands and put gloves on. I asked about on sale items and he quickly told me there was no sale going on, even though it is advertised on line. It's good to know the employees have this type of attitude, I gladly took my business elsewhere

It is easy to purchase material but When you attempt to return a sample tile (which required a deposit), and one bag of unopened grout, I was told to come back during the week and that the sample tile return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sharon was wonderful in assisting us on a bathroom remodel project. We were in a tight time line and the job involves two bathrooms. Sharon our sales person, also an expert on designing, gave us a ton of guidance on everything. From finding matching tile, to shower set, to bath tub, to vanity and even matching grout for tiles she was there with great advice. Both bathrooms came out great and we love it.

The quality of the ceramic is amazing and the Services that Rob Lebron give you is outstanding, no more HD or Lowes. Yes true is more expensive but you are buying quality and durability not a third hand ceramic.

We just completed building a new house in Edgewater, NJ and we chose to purchase everything from Porcelanosa. We could not be happier with how all of our bathrooms and our kitchen turned out. We owe it all to Rob Lebron who was absolutely fantastic to work with! He continually went above and beyond to help whenever necessary during the entire year and a half that it took from beginning to end.

We highly recommend using Rob and the entire team (including Catalina who did kitchen design). THANK YOU ROB AND PORCELANOSA for making our dream home everything we could have ever wanted!

Ordered a free standing tub in the phone after selecting it online. It was on sale and delivered two days later as promised, the tub looked as good as it did online.

Service is slow and the people at the warehouse treat you like you are the lowest of the low and they are doing you a favor by even fulfilling your order. Materials are amazingly overpriced and we must have ordered the same shower 3 times before they were able to get it correct. Don't be enamored by the large showroom if you want poor customer service and bad attitudes when you pick up what you paid for them come one come all to Porcelanosa in Ramsey.

If I were the regional director for Grupo Porcelanosa I would retrain all my employees who are direct customer facing and make them realize that their jobs depend on good customer service and not poor attitudes and demeanor. I'm actually embarrassed that I'm even writing this review but no one cared enough to listen to my concerns at the warehouse.

Awful customer service. They made me wait for over an hour and never apologized. Made it seem like I screwed up because the woman working didn't out my order through.

During my Long Long remodeling process which took me little over 6 months and still on going, gloria helped me with care and patience, No matter how many times I contacted her and no matter how many times I showed up at the show room unacceptably or showing up during her lunch breaks she was ready and willing to assist me without any hesitations, Amazing experience. Not to mention Rob. He is a great guy to work with. He is always smiles when he sees you walk in! Thank you both to make my experiences less painful.
