We had quartz installed in our kitchen by this amazing company and we are so happy with the result. Elizabeth was so easy to work with on the sales side and Richard and his crew were so quick and detailed on their install. The quality of their product is fabulous and their installation is just done with such detail and professionalism. We will definitely be using them in the future! I had to replace my countertops after they were damaged by a Home Depot contractor installing a dishwasher. I'm not dissing HD, they made it right and allowed me to choose who I went to for countertops. I knew that I wanted a local business and I knew what style and pattern I wanted. I went with River Road Tops because of their high reviews and I'm glad I did.

They were patient while I dealt with HD. They were courteous when they came out to make template and even asked questions I didn't think of. I ordered right before Christmas and they were installed the week of New Years. The installers were professional and efficient. I love my new countertops. Even more I love that I supported a local business. The white are the old tops. Love the new look.

We were looking for an unusual color Wilsonart laminate countertop for our mid-century home. River Road Tops was a pleasure to work with. They quoted, measured, ordered the color, and installed the whole thing. The turn-around time was quicker than expected the price was very competitive and the people at this family-owned business were a pleasure to work with. The showroom is also super nice.

Beautifully made and precisely installed. Very easy to work with throughout the measuring, quoting and fabrication process. Their installers were extremely experience, thorough and professional. Elisabeth and Richard were great to work with. The installation crew placed canvas on the floor from the entrance through the work area. They answered all my questions and I sincerely appreciated their attention to detail. I was very satisfied with the price. I recommend River Road Tops.

I'm writing this review for my mother who just had a new countertop put in. She was very happy with her new counters. Rich & Debbie and their team were very professional, responsive and did excellent work. She was very impressed from start to finish. Rich worked with her to ensure she received the correct design and countertop coloring. The countertops were installed perfectly and the guys did a great job at clean up. She went to his shop and he was very responsive to her concerns to ensure she got exactly what my parents wanted. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Even though busy, the few times I stopped by the shop, I was warmly greeted and they knew exactly what my order was without even looking it up! So friendly and completely on top of the details. Pricing was extremely competitive and our countertops were installed within a couple of weeks by knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled workers.

Amazing experience with River Road Tops. Needed a long counter top ran for a basement bar and it needed to be done in two pieces. They were able to match up the pattern in the stone perfectly so you'd never even know that it wasn't one continuous run. Quick turnaround, accurate measurements, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends

Someone recommended River Road Tops on the Naperville Facebook page. I had never heard of them before but was looking for a more expensive, specific piece of quartzite for my closet so thought I would give it a try, and I am so glad I did! From the initial contact to the finish install, I have been nothing but pleased with my experience with River Road Tops!

Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with, very friendly and professional, and they show up when they say they will show up. Our construction project has been going on for one year now, and in that time I have experienced a lot of contractors -- this has definitely been among the best and easiest! Great company, great service, great people! Family owned business, Richard the owner was kind and very upfront about what would and wouldn't work and what would and wouldn't look good. We were quoted 2 weeks from signing the papers to install and it was pretty spot on. The install team was quick, professional, and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and no damage done to my cabinets. Richard even called after install to check and make sure we were happy with everything. Best quote we got from 3 different places, we were even able to upgrade in materials within our budget. Will definitely be calling back for any further countertop needs.

Great service and very skilled install. Our laminate countertops are now over 2 years old and look awesome. Due to the fault of my older cabinets they installed counter on, an edge came up. Came over and fixed the next day. Friendly skilled workers. Skip the big box stores and go local with RRT

There are a lot of companies that do granite, but its hard to find a place where you deal directly with the actual owner. Very friendly and easy to work with. The owner and his daughter made my project effortless. I am a homeowner and was my own contractor and have had lots of problems along my huge addition. My counters are awesome and I had a great results with this company.
