CUSTOMER BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE DON LEITCH! Don Leitch of Don Leitch Construction was hired to remodel two bathrooms at my duplex. He overcharged me for several thousand dollars of unapproved repairs, and he FLOODED my entire house. The Flood was caused by a plumbing fixture he installed incorrectly and has resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in damage.
The flood is also preventing my wife, infant, and me from being in the house at Christmas. This would have been my son's first Christmas, and we now have to be away from home. Once Don Leitch admitted to flooding my house, he has not responded to any of my information requests, which have been by phone and via email. Don was very difficult to work with, performed poor quality work, and had inefficient and erratic communication skills. I strongly recommend not using him to perform any type of construction work at your house or any other property.
