Sea Pointe Construction

We've had an excellent experience with Sea Pointe and recently remodeled our powder bath and fireplace. Our designer, Janna, is creative, knowledgable and very thorough. With her guidance, we selected beautiful materials and finishes and are so pleased with our new spaces. Jim oversaw construction as our project manager and we greatly appreciated his responsiveness and communication. Marcos, Roger, Jack and Eddie were part of our construction team and not only are they truly skilled at their crafts, they are courteous, detail oriented and all around great guys. We could not have picked a better company or team to tackle our first renovation. We gutted our kitchen, removed a wall and remodeled our powder room + laundry room. Our designers Natalie and Aaron listened to our ideas and what we wanted/needed as a family of 6. They gave us new ideas & SO MUCH STORAGE! They really just made the entire design process enjoyable and stress free.

Our PM, Jim had great communication and really cared about our project, making sure we were happy with every choice, layout, etc. The crew who was with us from start- Dane our project coordinator, Cody, Jack, Marcos & Roger who were all attentive to detail and their hard work didn't go unnoticed. They also left our house clean at the end of every day.

The office staff, Sally, Michelle and Trent were quick to assist with any change order we wanted or billing questions we had. The process from beginning to end was very streamlined and we always knew what was going on or who would be at our house with the ap Sea Pointe uses. Being in the know was so important to us especially having 4 young kids. We feel so lucky to have found Sea Pointe & 100% would use them again.

SeaPointe has been great to work with. We were looking for a design and contractor one stop shop for our kitchen and home remodel. More importantly, we were looking for a team that would not only help us build our dream home, but one that would do so efficiently from a financial and timing perspective. SeaPointe has been exactly that, but two particular traits I'm grateful for are their transparency and honesty.

From the beginning of the project, they have been up front with timing and project expectations. Additionally, the staff has been excellent to work with. From our lead points of contact and project managers in Mike Hollander and Bryce Walder to the guys actually putting hammer to nail and working their tails off for us. Specifically, Adrian Acedo, Adan Mancilla, Manny Cruz and Roger Garcia are the craftsman that I'm very grateful for as they're not only respectful and taking great care of my home, but also doing excellent work. Very grateful to the entire team at SeaPointe, my wife and I are very excited to see our new home soon, we're almost done!

My husband and I are longtime customers of SeaPointe and have once again been blessed to have SeaPointe working in our home. For this project, SeaPointe completed a beautiful built-in home office, guest bathroom/bedroom remodel, updated our hall closet storage for improved appearance and functionality, installed new baseboards, canned lights and better placed electrical outlets.

They also installed new doors and hardware throughout the upstairs. I'd like to thank our entire project team including Carolyn Hall, Brent, Jack, Luke, Josh, David, Jimmy, Roger, Antonio, and Riley who are each creative, professional, and skilled at what they do. In 2020, Carolyn helped me to reconfigure our entire master bedroom space to design a beautiful master bedroom, exquisite spa like bathroom, and expanded closet space. So, with Carolyn as our designer I knew the design of the rest of our upstairs space would be fun and result in spaces that are special and beautiful.

Her creativity, knowledge of space planning, material selection, and ability to understand customer needs resulted a stunning built in office space for my husband. We also now have a an elegant yet slightly whimsical guest bathroom because of a spectacular floor-to-ceiling mosaic tile that runs the length of the vanity wall. Thanks to Carolyn's skill as a designer and the construction skill of the SeaPointe team our new office and guest bathroom/bathroom spaces exceed our expectations for beauty and function. Additionally, the construction team of Brent, Jack, Luke, Josh, David, Jimmy, Roger, Antonio, and Riley were hard working, skilled at their trades, and so courteous.

They did a wonderful job of collaborating with other service installers to ensure that all cable and electrical outlets were properly placed within the office cabinetry, the bathroom, and the updated bedroom. They also coordinated their work with schedules for wood flooring installation and their recommended painters. We are very grateful for the work they have done.

We are currently under construction with SeaPointe in multiple areas of our home. We chose to be diligent and methodical about our planning and design process, investing nearly a year in decision making and material selection before we scheduled demo day. I'm so glad we did! We have come to know and love our designer, Jacqueline! She is knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, responsive, and has the best eye for design.

Throughout the process she has been an advocate for us and has even developed a special bond with our daughter. We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, thank you Jacqueline! On the construction side, we are so pleased with Jorge! Jorge is a longtime SeaPointe employee, with 25+ years experience. Jorge has a can-do attitude; he always finds a way to get a task done.

He always arrives on-site with a smile and a joyful exclamation that he is "ready to work!" And boy, does he! His work quality is beautiful - no detail missed - and he is the most productive individual I've ever seen work in our home. He is effective, efficient, and clean. Above all, Jorge is thoughtful and intentional. Unfortunately, as happens in construction, we had minor damage (that can likely be repaired) on the vanity piece for our master bathroom upon arrival.

Without hesitation, and unbeknownst to us until later, Jorge removed the damaged piece pending repair, reversed the hinges, and hung it upside down so that if it cannot be repaired it will no longer be at all noticeable - hidden instead under our countertop. He is solution-oriented and truly works for the joy and pride it brings him. He doesn't ask for thanks, but he certainly deserves them!

What a great experience it was working with the entire Sea Pointe team! Jacqueline helped with our vision and Sean Ryan made sure the vision came to life. Brian, Cristian, Brent, Leo and Bill became part of the family as they expertly delivered the level of execution we expected from Sea Pointe. It was a pleasure working with the team to bring our new bathroom to life.

Seapointe is a first rate Home renovation contractor. While we had other options, no one would own the process from design through construction. We didn't go wrong as Seapointe was professional, timely, and communicative through the entire process. Jude was the best project manager we could of had and corrected things when they were wrong, took pride is his work and staff, and ultimately made our large expansion and renovation smooth from start to finish. Seeing Jude bring James' design vision to life was inspiring as well and the end result became the talk of the neighborhood.

Without James design approach and Jude's guidance I don't know if we would have been as happy. Seapointe staff Adrian, Oswaldo, Jose, Antonio, Roger, and William were great to interact with as well and took pride in their work, were considerate and kind, and are masters of their craft as well. Seapointe is a great company and any renovation in the future, they'll be our first pick!

I had never so much as painted, when I made the decision to update my bathroom and bedroom. Enter Sea Pointe. A friend had recommended them and I saw the outstanding work done on her house. It has been an amazing experience and not as stressful as one might guess as there was support and explanation at every step. Aaron giving me weekly updates and always being available as the project manager made it seamless. Getting the permits, advising on specifics and having tribal knowledge made it an easy process for someone (me) who really had no idea of where to start.

A special shout out to Eddie, Elias, Jose and George for being professional, respectful, and always willing to answer my question of "what are we doing today?". The plumber and electricians were also fabulous- they were the first wave and I never asked their names! And finally, Lisa as the designer who made a direct impact on this process and the final outcome.

A wonderful mixture of listening (finding a place that used recycled glass to make hand blown light fixtures -as I am always earth conscious), challenging (suggesting things I did not know I needed and then explaining the rationale behind the suggestion when I was initially hesitant at which point I said- your are soooo correct), being a sounding board and steering in a direction that resulted in an amazingly beautiful outcome.

People said it was going to be a trying time and it really just wasn't. Having Lisa and Aaron as focal points made the communication instant and consistent. The whole process makes me want to fix other things! Cannot do that quite yet, but when I can, I am calling Sea Pointe to get it done correctly, beautifully and professionally with the least amount of stress!

I have seen the quality of Sea Pointe's work and can't speak highly enough about them. Their designers are top notch - combining the homeowner's wants and needs with current design trends to create stunning masterpieces. They only use top quality materials, too, so whatever remodeling project they do for you will be sure to last. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased with our home remodel. Sea Pointe Construction is exceptional in every way! Prompted by a downstairs flood we decided to embark on a whole home remodel. Since we used Sea Pointe several years ago on a smaller project, we decided to contact them again. From the first meeting with Carolyn, our talented Designer, we knew Sea Pointe was the right choice.

She listened to us, asked questions, and made expert suggestions. The design process was a true collaboration of our vision and her expertise. The bonus was that Carolyn's involvement didn't end at the design process; she was present throughout the entire project. Jude, our Project Manager was a master at creating balance between design and construction.

He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. He was patient with our desire to oversee our renovations and extremely attentive to our questions and requests along the way. We were most pleased with his consistent communication throughout the project. The heart of our project was the Sea Pointe employees assigned to our job. Antonio's tile installation was a work of art. Adrian and Oswaldo were experts with cabinet installation and finish carpentry. Roger and Brent completed this exceptional team with final details and touch up.

We used Seapointe to remodel our master bathroom and we are very happy with our experience. We had never remodeled before and everyone was so helpful during the entire process. Jenna was our designer and we loved her. She understood what we wanted and designed it exactly how we wanted it. All the materials she showed us fit into the aesthetic and price range that we were looking for. Seapointe didn't begin the project until all our materials had arrived and were in the warehouse, which we appreciated because there wasn't any lag time once the remodel began. Bryce was our project manager and he did a fantastic job.

He was very organized, communicative, and detail oriented. We appreciated how he took care of everything and made sure the job ran efficiently. If a problem arose, he was on site almost immediately and made sure it was resolved quickly. The team who worked on our bathroom: Adrian, Roger, Jimmy, Cody, Antonio, and Rafael were friendly, dedicated, and very good at their crafts.

Everything turned out beautifully. Seapointe is not going to be your cheapest bid, but you are paying for high-quality work, craftsmanship, and materials. We definitely would use Seapointe in the future, especially if it meant working with Bryce and Jenna again.

Sea Pointe reached out to Newport Beach Media to produce a video for one of their recent residential remodeling projects in Anaheim Hills. From the start their communication was professional and it was an absolute joy to work with Taylor and rest of the Sea Pointe team. Their work is immaculate and I highly recommend their design and construction services. Thank you guys!

Sea Pointe was a great contractor to work with to remodel our kitchen. Through all the hassles of 2021, we still got it done and we love it. I hired Seapointe to remodel my kitchen after struggling to pick the right materials on my own and coordinate vendors individually. It was seamless with the Seapointe team from day 1. Jenna was my designer and immediately understood the aesthetic I wanted. Her suggestions were on point. The install team (Robert, Antonio and Jorge) was very professional, respectful and detail oriented. Robert kept me informed every step of the way and was very responsive when I had questions. I plan to hire them again when I'm ready to remodel my master bath and powder room.

If you are looking for a company that will handle everything this may be it. I called and told them I had plans for what I wanted to do to my home and I would like an estimate for my project. They told me they will not use my plans and will make new ones and charge me for them. They also said I need to use their designer and then use them to purchase everything.

They won't install anything I provide and I will have to pay for them to buy stuff and their designer. If you know what you want and have remodeled before this is not a company to use. If you want a one stop shop and are ok being limited with options and are ok paying a premium for it than this place is for you.

If I could select more than 5 stars, I would! Our kitchen and bathroom remodel were not only painless but ended up exceeding our expectations. I work from home and seriously was not disturbed at all by the construction / remodel! Carolyn, our designer, was able to truly understand the aesthetic we wanted and presented us with gorgeous tile, countertop, cabinets, etc options.

Everyone who steps into the kitchen says "wow, this is amazing". Jim, our project manager, executed flawlessly. I appreciated the calendar in the portal and his frequent text/call/in person project updates. His teams are not only expert craftsmen, but artist and magicians :-). The whole team is very professional and thoughtful. Jack and Marcos did perfect plumbing (and much more), Ralph and Roger nailed the drywall and carpentry, and Luke's expert door work is stunning.

I think I have told Carolyn and Jim that everything they've done is truly a gift. We will enjoy sharing our remodeled home with friends and family for years to come! PS. Thanks for working around the cats! :-)

SeaPointe remodeled two bathrooms for us. They completed the project in an expeditious manner, approximately 5 weeks per bathroom, as promised. We are very happy with the result. Both bathrooms look beautiful. One helpful aspect was that SeaPointe drew up a contract that included comprehensive details regarding the finishes, so that selections were clear in advance.

The most important reason for the success of this project was the crew. Jack & Marcos were both a pleasure to work with. They are the crew you would want on your project. They are experienced. They like what they do, and take pride in producing quality work. Furthermore, they seemed genuinely concerned about building the project to our liking. Any time a question arose, they would stop and ask us how we wanted it done, and happily proceed per our direction.

James, Jude and the Sea Pointe team have done an excellent job for the remodeling of 3 bathrooms at our house. They are all exceptional! My heartfelt thank you to you all!

I just purchased a beautiful home to fully reconstruct which will end up in the $100,000+ range after our quotes for the remodeling starting this month. This company will never receive my business again after my first and last experience with them! We felt very mistreated by our designer. The installation was good and the team with the installation was very conscientious about cleanliness.

But otherwise the service was terrible. I have seen another poor review below indicating the prices are inflated with this company. Their customer service response to that review was that the main reason for higher pricing is due to them having a designer on top of the construction services for their projects. However our design experience was practically non-existent. Natalie C. was our assigned designer, and after multiple months of working with her we always had to be the ones to reach out to her.

We wouldn't hear from her after multiple atttempts of contacting her. No updates, no choices for any of our design aspects after months of waiting for her to give us options as she promised. Then we were presented with only a couple options to choose from for our entire bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We were more than patient understanding COVID-19 as well as hard times with businesses due to this pandemic of course.

However her complacency reached the point of disrespect and unprofessionalism. We paid $22,000+ dollars to be ignored, taken advantage of with our time and our money and little to no work to show on her part. Not to mention the most appalling reactions when voicing to her that we were not happy about certain issues throughout the process. It definitely seemed like she threw us to the bottom of her pile because according to her, the jobs we were having done were not in the highest price range in comparison to other jobs she was handling.

She verbally stated that to us. All factors combined, we believe she saw our project as a waste of her time. The one and only thing she was always on top of was collecting our money. If you are going to be in a professional environment you should learn to not be condescending and provide proper customer service with any issues. Especially mistakes made on your part.

Multiple times the mistakes were by default blamed on us. The paying clients. We had slightly chipped our counter twice and reached out to her to have it fixed via our warranty. Shortly to receive a very condescending questioning on HOW it got chipped. She put full fault onto us saying we did not agree nor ask for the warranty even when we told her we most definitely did.

The main reason for this remodel was to be able to label it as a luxury rental. No one in their right mind would pay that much money for the highest quality quartz countertops for an in-the-making RENTAL property to NOT get a warranty. If she would have been courteous and handled it the way she should have, this would not have ever been mentioned.

We understand mistakes do happen, we are only human! However at this point it was just plain unprofessionalism. Their service was not the right way to treat clients in those types of situations. She blatantly told us we denied the warranty, which is false. It insinuates we are either lying, wrong, or plain dumb. She took no responsibility and instead kept making insinuations that we are completely wrong and that she is right. It was plain insulting. Again, as well-paying clients who paid the whole cost of $22,000+, we expected more credibility and respect given to us.

We were on a tight time crunch, with our due date immediately following the remod, but Seapointe was very accommodating. From design to demo to delivery, we worked with Seapointe start to finish. We had a unique design in two of the rooms, wall features and lighting plans. Our designer James mapped it out expertly, and the end results are now attached pieces of art.

From the start of the project you're working with a full team. From project management to individual installs. [we had good comm with our PM, but I could see hours - chargeable - could get out of control.make sure you understand that - fortunately wasn't an issue]. Our PM Jude runs a tight ship, and every i is dotted as a result. We got to know the guys in here over the time, even our Aussie started to think about warming up. Shout out to Jorge and Oswaldo, Rafael-Lorenzo-Gatti, Roger, Jorge, Antonio, Adrian, Oswaldo, and Raul.fantastic craftsmanship, but also stand up guys.

I can't comment on their actual work because we never got past the 2nd meeting with the designer. The designer came to our home and took pictures and measurements of our guest bathroom which included taking out a jacuzzi tub and putting in a shower. The job would include a complete demo and all that info was given to the designer. At the second meeting in their office with the designer, she went over everything including price.

It was higher than other bids we received but we really liked the idea of having everything done by one company. The complete cost was $32,000-38,000 depending on materials, etc. We paid the $650 designer fee and were excited for our next meeting to pick out materials. A week before the meeting, we get a phone call from the designer Jacqueline saying she had bad news and that they had "made a mistake" and that the actual project would be closer to $48,000, more than a $10,000-15,000 mistake!

They either just did not want to do our project, can't figure out how to bid a project correctly or they are just shady. We really liked Jacqueline the designer, and don't blame her for this problem. We were excited about working with this company, but obviously won't get the chance.

We would definitely recommend this company to anyone doing a renovation. They recently redid our upstairs bathroom and we love the work they did. While they might be a little more expensive than other companies, you'll have the peace of mind of having a project manager from the start, an actual project plan/calendar and not having to chase down all the various moving parts that comes with a big construction project.

We had no big surprises in terms of cost and project time frame. Our designer, Natalie, was awesome! She got our style and the look we were going for so the decision making process (picking tile, color, fixtures, etc.) was super easy. She stopped by to check on things even when she didn't have to. Our project manager, Cory, was fantastic. He was on top of our project and always available if we had questions or concerns.

The crew was exceptionally friendly, polite and on time. Roger in particular even finished up work on a Saturday (he volunteered, we didn't ask or expect him to do it!) and his attention to detail is admirable. Everyone from the plumbers to the electricians were top notch and hard working. They were also careful to keep the mess to a minimum, which I appreciated. We've had many experiences with bad companies in the past and we were so happy Sea Pointe has changed our perception of construction companies. We will be calling them again when we redo our master bath in the next year for sure. Included are a few pictures.

I've had the pleasure of working with SeaPointe on several occasions, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Their staff is absolutely great--super friendly and approachable, and they all know how to talk about design and building in a way that I can actually understand. The work they produce is top notch--beautiful aesthetics with no detail overlooked.
