I have used US kitchens and baths for a major bathroom renovation and a major kitchen renovation. Rob could not have been more helpful or supportive throughout the process especially when we had an issue with the cabinet height due to a contractor error. I would not hesitate to use them again I love my cabinets!

US Kitchens & Baths renovated our kitchen in Hoboken, NJ. Upon visiting the showroom we were amazed at the number of product lines and variety of cabinet styles to choose from. The price range options scaled from affordable to high end. Dean Springmeyer designed a beautiful kitchen that maximized space, added storage, and even found room to add a dishwasher.

We enjoyed our kitchen so much that when cooking in other kitchens we found ourselves saying, "I miss my kitchen." Years later we decided to rent our condo. We have received several compliments form tenants including, "After looking at several apartments we had to have this apartment because of how great the kitchen is. Nothing compares to it in the market." From scheduling our first appointment through to the finished product we were thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism, customer service, and expertise provided by all. It was a pleasure working with the staff at US Kitchens and Baths and look forward to working with them again for our future kitchens and bathrooms.

Highly recommend US Kitchens & Bath. We completely remodeled our kitchen and couldn't be happier with the design. We worked with Rob, who was fantastic all around with his design skills and customer service.

My wife and I met with Dean and Cal on several occasions. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. They spent a considerable amount of time with us and always tried to answer our questions (and we had many!) Despite our limited space, they came up with an excellent design, which did not break our bank account! We are very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend Us Kitchens & Baths.

While, I understand everyone makes mistakes; this seems to be the trend with US Kitchens & Baths. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and mistakes/errors. They like to blame everything on COVID. I get that things are delayed but you can't blame lack of communication on COVID. I was not informed timely that my cabinets were going to be delayed.

Order placed on 10/23 with delivery anticipated for the first week of December. Was advised on 11/25 by contractor that they will be delayed till January. I reached out to Rob, sales agent several times with no response. Cabinets finally arrived on January 5th. First error, they tried to charge me more for my counter top than originally quoted. Then when the balance owed was due, they told me one number and then retracted the figure indicating that they looked at the wrong number. Rob mis- measured my floor and cabinets which thankfully the contractor caught.

Three cabinet doors came damaged, there is no QA before things are shipped. Still waiting on replacements. The only good thing that came out of this was the install contractor that they referred me too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rick & Chris from S & R Construction. My recommendation is to go with S & R Construction to do the install and buy your cabinets else where.

Couldn't be happier with our decision to go with US Kitchen and Baths for our kitchen remodel. Their expertise and service throughout the entire process was exceptional. They laid out our options, gave us their recommendations when needed, and were always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Our kitchen wouldn't look as amazing as it does without US Kitchen and Baths expert advice and personalized customer service!

Critical: Responsiveness Walked into this store, did not feel welcomed by man who sits at front desk when walking in. He did not seem interested in kitchens or in helping me with my design. Left my design with him and he never got back to me about layout or a quote for me. Been to a few cabinet stores and this was worst with service. disappointed.

We are still deciding on kitchen cabinets, but the service and advice we received at US Kitchens & Bath was excellent. They offer a good selection here and brands ranging from very affordable to quite upscale. We ordered our bathroom vanity here and a few years later we are still very pleased with it.

Dean Springmeyer and U S Kitchens & Baths recently renovated our master bath. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Great workmanship. We are now enjoying our beautiful double sink vanity, which makes the room look so much bigger. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was experienced, polite, friendly & extremely neat. The place was left spotless whenever they were working.

The job was completed on time as promised. Working with U S Kitchens and Baths was the best decision we ever made! We will use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Working with U S Kitchens was a pleasure! We were referred to U S Kitchens from a friend who had rave reviews of the work they had done in their own house. After meeting with the staff we quickly realized why they are highly recommended. Their friendly staff answered all our questions and spent time discussing all the details of our new kitchen. Furthermore, during construction they were considerate and professional.

Now that our kitchen is done WE LOVE spending time in it. Entertaining is a joy and we get lots of compliments on the craftsmanship and detail in our new kitchen. We can't thank U S Kitchens enough!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We were promised an "expedited" timeline (multiple times) on our countertop by one of the employees. It never happened. And the worst part is that the same employee flat out lied and denied that he ever promised one. He also told me that my kitchen was cheap and that my contractors were cutting corners. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I would recommend anywhere BUT here.
