Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have never been associated with a less reputable company. Technician was downright disrespectful, and I'm pretty sure he was intoxicated. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever had dealings with. The best in the industry. My tub was done by them a very very long time ago and after years of no issues with the tub a guest of mine dropped a heavy piece of decor and chipped the tub. They came out and for a very fair price fixed the chip and the tub looks brand new!

I had Unique Refinishers refinish my tub. I was quite on edge because I had another guy start the job and run off before finishing. Luckily URs were able to come to the rescue and put in some expert work.

We had a leak near the drain of our shower. I contacted Unique Refinishers to see if they could come help solve our issue because they came highly recommended. On 10/11 Miguel came out for a home visit to perform an inspection. I was told that I would have an estimate by the next morning (10/12). On 10/15 I called back because I had not heard from them.

I was told that I would either have the estimate by that afternoon or by 10/18. On 10/25 I called again to check in on what was going on and I was told that I would have an estimate emailed to me by the end of the day. It is now 10/26, 15 days after Miguel came to my home and I still do not have an estimate. Now looking at the other Google Reviews I'm glad that they haven't called back because it looks like their work is subpar.

What an amazing experience. 4 hours from the time they showed up till the time they left, 3 shower walls, one ceiling and one bathtub went from brown to bright white. What an amazing transformation. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to update their bathroom. Richie

Critical: Quality, Value We had a bathtub and a shower reglazed less than 4 years ago. Initially it looked good but they started showing cracks with in months. Today both look terrible. Total waste of money.

WOW! Quick fix to our problem and VERY reasonably priced! We had a shower stall that we thought we were going to have to rip out but these guys rescued us from that and made it look better than new! Great quality work -- on time and so cost effective! THANK YOU GUYS!

INCREDIBLE! These guys know what they are doing. I was so impressed with every detail of their work, and my bathroom looks brand new! Highly recommend! Getting an appointment to fit my schedule was difficult, and the staff that I had to call could use a little smile, BUT it was so worth the results in my bathroom.

We just had the team at Unique Refinishers come out to our houseboat and glaze our 1970's shower into what looks like a brand new unit. The guys were awesome! Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call, initial quote, scheduling and completion exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks to their team, we avoided a complete renovation on the bathroom.

We hired Unique Refinishers to restore three bathrooms, but were very disappointed with the results. Looked nothing at all like the pictures and in many cases it didn't appear as if anything had been done at all. They worked for only three hours total and the cost was almost $2000. I had to go back with a grout saw and simply scratch out a tiny bit of the old grout which looked 100x better than what they did by using acid to try and clean.

The areas where they regrouted were uneven and it crumbled out within days. big mess. They also don't clean up the tile, they just use acid, smear some new grout in some places and leave. We spent more time cleaning up than they spent on the whole job. When I asked the foreman why it didn't look like the pictures on their website, he said "I hate those pictures." Seriously? That's your response?

The technician arrived and had the job completed in a timely manner. It's an economical way to make the tub look like new. We haven't had the refinish long enough to rate the longevity of the surface or the warranty but are pleased so far.

The refinisher (Patrick) arrived in a timely manner, was very professional and polite, and clearly explained how the refinishing process works. My cast-iron 1960's era tub looks virtually new! Nice and shiny white! I can't comment on the durability, as it was just refinished last week. This is a tub used to bathe dogs, and I'm hopeful that it won't get scratched by their claws. Would highly recommend refinishing rather than replacing!

I had Unique Refinishers come out and give my boyfriend and I a free estimate to have 2 of our bathtubs refinished from a ugly moldy mess to white again! The women in the office were great and worked me into their schedule and gave me a 30 min call to meet for the estimate. Their work and pricing was great and affordable and saved me so much money then the leading competition. They had one of their technicians come out and he was very nice. clean and informative. Everything turned out gorgeous and I will refer them to anyone!
