The designer was excellent and supportive with a great eye and good advice. We had 2 bathrooms redone and are delighted with both. Work was done on time as scheduled, staff were professional and responsive, and everything looks great! Highly recommend! The timeliness and the quality of the renovation of our kitchen, powder room, and laundry room were exemplary. Jessie did a great job working with us designing and suggesting needed colors and products. Mark was a fabulous project manager, helpful and timely at every step. Tony did a masterful job of putting up new drywall, and installing cabinets, floors, major appliances, and performing other tasks. Orlando was the best painter we have ever seen.

All of the workers were very skilled, friendly and cleaned up construction areas daily. The work was completed sooner than we expected. We couldn't be happier with the results!

Kitchen & Bath Depot did an extensive main bath and bedroom remodel for us, which included moving plumbing around, building a wet room w soaking tub and two shower heads, extensive tile work, install of new picture window, construction of two walk in closets, new flooring, etc. etc. We came to them with a nearly complete design and outrageous cost estimate from another company, and they were able to reduce our cost significantly, through a combination of smart new design choices (Jess is excellent!) and highly efficient work.

Mark and his team were with us every day for just under 8 weeks (they came in under their time estimate) and were ultimate professionals. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch. Responsive, reliable, professional craftsmen. Would recommend them unreservedly.

K&BD was wonderful from start to finish and I love my new kitchen. I got many estimates for the total renovation and all came in at around the same cost, so I went with the most professional, total-service company. They also came highly recommended. They measured every inch of the existing kitchen and reviewed products (e.g., top shelf to mid level, less expensive cabinets) before giving me an estimate - it is a small kitchen and I did not have a big budget.

I then met with their experienced designer and we spent hours in their showroom looking at and selecting cabinets, counter materials, flooring, etc. They never tried to oversell me on any materials. Once the project began, the workmen were considerate, professional, efficient, and skilled, and the left the worksite spotless at the end of each day.

After completion, they were responsive and quick to correct a couple of minor touch-ups. They we're also able to recommend an appliance distributor who was well below retail and coordinated fit and delivery directly with the contractor. I highly recommend them, especially if you want full service and zero stress/ headaches.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen! The Kitchen & Bath Depot team amazed us with their efficiency, how quickly they finished the project, and the high quality of the workmanship. We will recommend them to others and to ourselves when it's time to do our next project!

My husband and I could not be happier with the outcome of our master bathroom renovation. We give an enthusiastic recommendation for the entire Kitchen and Bath Depot Team. What professionals they are! The designer who worked with us listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a brilliant design that matched our aesthetic. The quality of the workmanship is top notch and our workers were punctual, efficient, organized, and very friendly.

They were also very tidy and rather quiet as they worked upstairs in our home. They and the managers were always available to answer any questions we had about the process. We would hire Kitchen & Bath again, and plan to do so on additional improvements to our home.

We loved the job KBD did to update our original 1949 hall bathroom! It was almost a complete gut job which involved taking out mud set floor tiles, a cast iron tub, plaster walls, etc. Shannon, one of their Designers, was the first person we met. She was well-informed on the different products she suggested and answered my emails/phone calls in a timely manner. Shannon was very professional and truly just a nice person with whom to work. Robert and Gilbert were the team that began promptly at 7am and worked hard until 3pm.

The tile work they installed is beautiful and the marrying of the old plaster wall with the new construction is seamless. They left the job site clean every day. Mark is the Project Manager. We had a top notch remodel of our Master Bathroom. The remodel exceeding our expectations for value and quality. We met with Jennifer, their designer, and she helped us step by step to achieve the best design for our space that fit with our taste and budget. We couldn't be happier and now we get to enjoy this space every day. On time, on budget and everyone involved was professional and so nice to deal with.

Kitchen & Bath Depot did a fantastic job on a large project: an expanded and remodeled kitchen, an additional bedroom, and a new ADA-compliant bathroom. From the very first discussion of the plans until the final vacuuming, they made it all easy. The craftsmanship is excellent; the project manager, Mark, is incredibly responsive and helpful (and always ready to answer questions); the staff interior designer, Jessica, not only has a phenomenal eye for design and color, but also is very knowledgeable about construction and ADA requirements; the Kitchen and Bath Depot construction team is punctual, professional, careful, super neat, and we liked them all. We absolutely love the results -- and they got it done on time and on budget!

Approx. 5 years ago, Kitchen & Bath Depot remodeled our master bathroom. They did such an exceptional job, when it was time to remodel our kitchen, we didn't look anywhere else. Their office staff is top notch and the craftsmen (workers) are exceptional. All are prompt, polite, considerate and do exceptional work. They are as picky as I am, which is a wonderful thing.

We were told it would be 3 weeks (workdays) to finish the kitchen and it was exactly that to the day. If the craftsmen had questions about anything such as how we wanted the backsplash grout lines to run, they asked. They didn't just assume and do something we didn't want. On the final day of work, one of them noticed that inside the door on a very tall pantry cabinet, that the door had a crack in it.

Believe me, we would not have noticed it for quite some time. He did and a new door was ordered and installed. Top notch company, top quality work and we highly recommend them.
