The name Jason is a contraction of the words "Jacuzzi" and "son" to form "Jason." The Jason brand is not to be confused with the brand of another manufacturer by the name Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi Company and name were sold by the descendants of the original Jacuzzi Companyin 1979. Within the uncompromising craftsmanship of each Jason product resides an engineering tradition that started with my family's role in, of all things, the early aviation industry.In 1907, my father, Valeriano Jacuzzi, and a younger brother started the eventual immigration of his parents, brothers and sisters to the United States from Italy, where they settled in Northern California.

Bought a 3 year old house with two year old Jason jet tub. Within first two uses half of the jets stopped working. When I removed the front panel I found the factory pipes slowly leaking into the floor and ceiling below. I called installer who referred me to Jason for service. They said its not a warranty issue and to call a local service provider.
The company they told me to call was a floor refinisher in Murphy, MO. I'm just going to have the tub removed and toss it. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience. What a bummer.

Very disfunction all business and very poor management. Called about a order and to get details on a order project for a home and received the worst service ever. A woman answered the phone, in return was hateful and then customer service picked up and which was just as bad. A I will very surprised if this business Is still up and running in the near future. Careful and watchful for individuals whom answer the phone Debbie and David
