It took me two weeks to get an appointment scheduled and on the day of the appointment they called 20 minutes prior asking if they could move it to a later time to which I replied no as I had taken off work. I also called 2 days prior to ensure they would be there as scheduled and was told yes. Individual on the phone said okay then we will see you at 10 by 10:15 no one showed I called the showroom no one answers the phone I left a message it's 10:35 and they still haven't showed so I don't know why they called to ask if they could push the appointment back because it was obvious they weren't going to show up at the appointed time anyway.
I drove to their showroom, about 2 miles from my house, went in only to see the receptionist sitting at their desk. I asked why did they blatantly lie about showing up when it obvious they had no intention to. All she could say was sorry and tried to tell me someone was on the way to my house but since my security camera recorded no one coming to my door I will just consider that another lie. I wouldn't use these people.

Employee Daniel Gravley is so rude and unprofessional. Did not want to address any questions. Stormed off when asked for quote in writing. Had to call back to speak with manager. Daniel Gravley should not be in his position of dealing directly with customers and first line of contact if he does not have the patience to deal with valid and reasonable questions over such a huge investment. I would not recommend doing business with this company if they stand behind this type of treatment.

Poor service after the sale. Nothing but a hassle so far trying to get our countertop installed. For 3 days in a row (so far) we have waited at home for the installer who never shows up. No one contacts us until we call to find out what's going on and then we reschedule for another day of waiting around for nothing. They must know they have us over a barrel since it took no time for them to demo the old countertop and we have already made the down payment. Very disappointing.

This is the second time I have used them to replace a jacuzzi tub at a client's property. Each time they were throughout and fairly priced. The only hiccup we had was at the first property. There was mold under the tub and they do not handle mold. I had to scramble and find someone who did mold abatement on a Friday. That wasn't their fault and they were back the next business day to complete the job after the mold abatement. They laid down plastic wrap to protect all the carpets from the foot traffic and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend them to all my clients
