I always here about this company having horrible quality, failed parts and bad service. My son bought a home through DR Horton, which they plumbed, and within 8 months there was a leak. Turns out the plumber that came and fixed it said the toilet line or something was dry fitted, it got fixed but it's the principle.

There may be some misunderstanding. I was a bit over reacted. now I change my rate to be neutral. I fixed the faucet tissue with a new aerator bought from Amazon. ================================= My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product. 1.what company will design this kind of faucet? 2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product. I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.
Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues.
I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make. I would recommend Doug and Steg to anyone in a heart beat time and time again!

Their customer service is very pleasant and I appreciated that. When they dispatch a tech to your home they send a picture with a bio and some highlights about the tech's life; including hobbies they enjoy. To some that might seem like nothing, but I like to have an idea of who is coming into my home. It simply made the transaction warmer. The lady that answers the phone is a fresh breath of air with her politeness and understanding.
My only complaint is that 3 techs had to come out for an issue that I called in; each time the one before said there was no problem, but then the other tech found something. I still feel they were very competent.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The "service manager", Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250.
I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Steg Plumbing was fantastic. We have used them for any and all plumbing services over the years, and they never fail to disappoint.
