Tony was a dream to work with on designing my new bathroom tub and shower combo. Mitch, the installer, showed up on time and had everything done and cleaned up in one day. They were both very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. Service: Bathtub replacement

Dennis G. was extremely professional. He showed up on time and patiently waited on me while I was running behind due to work. He was well informed on his company along with Home Depot. When he went out to get the materials he was respectful enough to ask about coming back into the house without knocking, it is the small things. I would refer him to anyone who is interested in understanding the company and what they can do.

By far the best company to work with. The 2 young men that did the work were AWESOME! They removed tub in bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. Great job done. So glad I chose them. I recommend this company for any job you might have.

We had our tub removed & a shower installed. We are extremely pleased with our installer Marcus. Did a great job & was as neat as possible for such a messy job. Our salesman is another story. We needed a seat in the shower & picked 1 out. When it was being installed I didn't think it was the same as the 1 we picked. Called Josh & asked him to send me the picture of what we picked.

He said he would right away. Never did. I sent him several texts to remind him & my calls went straight to voice mail. 4.5 hours & I never received it. Marcus' boss says they can come fab something up to take care of my concerns. Point is it could of been taken care of to begin with, without another trip, more time for another employee & more time for our bathroom to be down. 1 picture from the salesman, 5 minutes tops, could have alleviated my concerns from the beginning but he apparently didn't have the time.

He made the sale & was through with us is the impression I got. This installation has a lifetime warranty, hopefully this is not the same service we get if something goes wrong in 10 years. Hopefully nothing will. Seems like a good product. We got the plain white shower with the rubbed bronze fixtures. Looks very nice, I'm just upset with our salesperson.

We had a great meeting with Ally Hunt, very nice and informative. She got us a great deal to fix our upstairs guest bathroom up. We can't wait to see the finished product. These folks are always courteous, well mannered, on time and do a great job. We had a shower/tub installation about a year ago. The screws on the shower rod came loose and they followed up on their lifetime warranty and sent someone out to fix it. He did a fine job and I would have this company do any kind of remodeling that I would need.

Me & my wife recently purchased an older home with one bathroom & only a shower. We really desired a bathtub since we both periodically want to take a bath versus a shower. We pondered how we would accomplish this without the fear of finding someone or a company to do it. One day while working another project & shopping at Home Depot a gentleman was helping us find what we needed.

He then asked us if we were in the market for any work to be done in our home. We said, why yes we are. He introduced us to Max Home for a bathroom rework installing a new shower/tub. A salesman visited our home & walked us thru the process. He set up the job, financing, & submitted our requests. It only took a little over a month for them to come out & complete the job.

Now we have a new tub to our liking. Great job goes out to Eric & his trainee who came out, removed the existing shower, & installed the new tub. Eric even had to go get a new tub from the warehouse when he noticed the one he brought was damaged. The job still was completed in one day. They did outstanding work. I watched the whole thing from start to finish & was very pleased.

Home Depot in Lake Jackson sent Max homes to my home for a shower surround remodel I was interested in cultured marble and checked online that it costs less that tile. I have had 3 tile bids so I knew the budget I was looking for. The first question they asked me was if I was married. They never asked what my budget was. They sent someone from Katy Texas to my home with a bag of acrylic Jacuzzi samples and brochures which he said was his low end surround.

He bid $18,000 per bathroom to install a three wall shower surround not including doors, no plumbing was being moved and nothing else was being done in the bathroom. I have three showers I wanted installed. I told him that was absolutely not in my budget and he offered me financing, which I refused, then he suddenly lowered the price to $10,000 per shower.

This is OUTRAGEOUS, I could have custom granite showers installed for that price. I called to complain and they are sending someone else out to rebid and the first question they asked was again, if I am married? I have NEVER had a contractor ask that question to work for me. And they still did not ask what my budget is. This seems like such a scam.

We had Justin LeBlanc come to our house to do a consultation just because it was free and we were curious. He had us SOLD! He showed up all the colors and textures and features and even a great sideshow! The company has a lifetime warranty and everything installs in 1 day. We were hooked. He was so great and professional answering all of my silly questions and made us feel confident!

We were given a 8-12 week period but to our amazement, we had our installation appointment in 3 weeks! Mind. Blown. Our installer, Chuck Crawford, was so professional and did the job of removing our old tub and shower and installing the new in 7 hours! I don't think he even took a break! He made sure to ask me where I wanted our seat and shelves before he started.

He have me great ideas for our shower handle so it wouldn't take up too much room. He was so nice and left no trace of being here. He laid down mats all the way to the bathroom so he wouldn't track anything. He cleaned up and even blew off the driveway! He was amazing and so experienced! We had a minor hiccup with financing but Max Homes finance guy, Justin, had it all taken care of WAY beyond expectation.

I can not say enough about this company. The monthly bills are so affordable and we will recommend this company to anyone who wants a bathroom remodel. We're so thankful for Max Home.

Totally overpriced! They charged over $10,000 for this remodeling. They took advantage of my 85 year old grandparents and should be ashamed. The materials used had to be less than $3,000 dollars.

Several months later and still thrilled with new shower tub. Soo happy I chose MaxHome.

Very nice representative and very thorough. 90 minutes turned into 300+ minute$$$. Products seemed well represented but based on the other two reviews I read about the discrepancies on what was said and what occurred, I'm re-thinking (I'm on day 1 of my day 3 window to cancel.). I will update once things are finalized and if we carry through with the install.

We were able to schedule installation just 3 days after our consultation - a very nice surprise. With the 1-day installation, I went from wanting a soaker tub, to having a soaker tub in the same amount of time it took other contractors to provide a quote. Our installer, Eric, was professional, on-time, and did a fantastic job. He even used different color sealers to make sure the surround would blend perfectly with our wall paint color. All-in-all, a great experience!

My parents just had their master completed. They love it. it was on schedule, installed in 1 day. A Easiest home upgrade they ever had. They used their credit card that gives miles. they don't owe a payment to Max until 2020. So, they're on vaca. that's a cherry on the top.

Hard sell pitch. Got quote of 10k seems high for a gut and redo of shower. Seen cheaper redos on flipping shows. Sorry guys no thank

Promises were not kept. Acrylic was said not to "crack, scratch, or dent". The first day in the new tub, I notice a scratch and a dent. The temperature handle broke off in the first use. The installer took 13 hours and had no help. He lacked the ceiling pan that was promised. Luckily, someone was able to deliver it to him. Screws were left in to hold the caulking, with the expectation that we would finish the job.

The shower tub combo cost about $11,000, without demo. Communication to resolve this issue has been terrible. They do not answer the service number on the website. Someone will call you from another number. The service time is not timely as promised during consultant. He was said to show up from 1 to 3pm. At 3:30pm, I'm informed he'll be an hour and half late.
