Bath Tub Man

Super disappointed with this company. They work with Terrawise Builders and they repaired my tub under our builder warranty in 2020. I believe they did the original work when we built the home in 2019, as well. Now we are into 2022 and that same tub is peeling again. It's our kids tub, so I never use harsh cleaners on it. I reached out to them and they informed me that there is only a one year warranty on the work and if I sent a photo of the full tub they would be happy to quote me for a new job. Since the job has been subpar both times, we'll be going with a different company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Horrible customer service technicians were high on something and no return call after we needed warranty work done. Don't bother with this company. Wish I could leave no stars! Service: Remodelling

Very happy with the results. The two young guys that came to do the work were very professional and very pleasant. They were referred to me. I highly recommend them.

Robert Day came out with another extremely experienced and talented worker. They had to fix a terrible job that was performed by a different company. The finished results after the Bath Tub Man is beyond all my expectations! They took the time to perform the proper prep of the tub after a complete removal of the previous competitor company's work.

After their completion, even a close examination would not reveal were they had worked! This company is not only top-notch and professional, they were extremely courteous, polite and thoroughly cleaned the work area. They came highly recommended and after their completion, it's easy To see why!

Awesome service. Chipped a tub demoing tile and they came out fast and fixed it for me so good I couldn't find the chip. Very fair prices.

Absolute terrible job done on a kitchen sink. Woman at the front desk continued to hang up and not address our complaint. Would never ever use again and would never recommend to any person to use their service.

I had them refinish my tub and surrounding wall tile that was original to my house built in 1956 and it turned out like new! I do recommend them!

I just have to say what a great job Sam did on behalf of Bath Tub Man! Sam prepped everything perfectly and did an excellent job cleaning up. I was definitely impressed with the level of professionalism from the start with Michelle to the end with Sam! Thanks Bath Tub Man for the outstanding customer service and craftsmanship!

I recommend the Bathtub man for a refinish for your bathtub. This is my 2nd time using them. I used them 10 years ago and price barely went up. Michelle is wonderful to work with at the office. Always a quick call back if she is not available. Allen was sent for my job. On time and pleasant and respectful young man. Covered everything to keep it clean. Worked very hard, only stopped maybe once.

It looks so good. Last finish was still looking good but as I said had been 10 years of daily use. I love the non slip texture in some of the tub to keep you from falling when stepping in. I had white done again like the original. Tub is 67 years old and you would never know it. I will use them again. Great company with great work ethics.

After reading reviews, decided to retain this company. PER REQUEST sent photos. I was in the process having bathroom remodeled and requested refinishing be done prior to plumbing being fixtures installed. Was told that bathroom needed to be completed, complied since they were the "professionals". 1st scheduled appt was unable to complete job window had to be opened (old house) understood not a problem rescheduled.

This time technician came in and stated all plumbing fixtures had to be removed and appeared a little short, where I the customer was apologizing. Called plumber to have him now remove all fixtures which he was sending someone out that morning, then was told they would not do the job and that was OK. One thing I've learned spending 30 years in customer service. There is always someone who can do the same job as well if not better.

Great service. Allen was excellent on time. Very professional very clean. Did an amazing job! My tub looks brand new. I would recommend them to anybody that needs any Tub repairs! Great company and and excellent customer service. They are definitely experts in their field.

Anthony at bathtub man was efficient and did a great job refinishing our old tub! Looks new. Also he was very sensitive to our family while using the chemicals and went to every extent to make us feel comfortable and safe while he worked. Highly recommend.
