He showed up on time, respected my house and walked me through the issue I was having needed to get a whole toilet replaced and it was a very fair price. Will be calling them from now on! Agentis (Mr. Rooter) was just here to repair a bathroom drain. Austin was our technician, and he was great! He was courteous, friendly, took the time to do the job right, and cleaned up afterwards showing he really respected our home. He mentioned that he's one of the newer guys working for the company, and if I have any say, I'd recommend him for a raise ASAP! I'm very happy with this service. I had called at 7:30 AM and was called back just after 8 AM and the plumber was here just after 8:30 AM. That was quite fast. No plumbing repair is cheap, but I felt their price was reasonable especially compared to others. The technician did a fantastic job. He was very nice, and very personable, and did excellent work.

I had a blockage very far down (about 15ft from the faucet) in my 2 drain pipe coming from the kitchen. I just didn't have the equipment to get far down into the pipe, so I was very glad I made the call. The water is flowing freely now!

Ryan was in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our water heater in under an hour! This is the second time I have used Agentis and I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs. Great company day and after hours on a Saturday as our first call was. I have and will keep recommending them. For today thank you Ryan great job on the water heater repair.

Personable and professional. The technicians were outstanding! They answered my questions, explained everything, were very thoughtful about the cleanliness and how they presented themselves and Agentis. It was nice to see them take pride in their work. They also made recommendations based on their experience and didn't try to oversell anything. The final project was complete earlier than expected and less expensive than competitors in the area so a great value as well.

Very pleased to see the no-charge house visit when making my appointment. Got a call day-of offering me an earlier time. While I couldn't take that due to work, it was a nice thing to be offered. They reached out with a 30-minute heads up for the arrival time. Matt was very nice and gave his professional opinions about new water heater options. Was not expecting Agentis to be able to replace a water heater that day, but within the afternoon, all service had been completed. Hoping my house cooperates with me for years to come, but if there's plumbing trouble again, I know who to call.

I reached out to a few companies in the Lehigh valley. We had our bathroom completely gutted and needed a shower drain and toilet flange rerouted. We also required a shower valve installed and roughed in. When Agentis came out to give a quote, they provided valuable insight on the project that would be the most productive and cost efficient. Their quote came in at our budget and their turn around time was 1 week. They completed the work professionally and quickly. Very happy with the finished product, will be using again.

Our water heater began leaking and broke down last Sunday. We called Agentis with the problem. A technician called back within 2 hours to get the details of our issues. The next morning, a technician arrived at the time expected. He evaluated our problem and was informative of what needed to be fixed. 0ur household was having problems with water pressure. Called Agentis and set up an appointment. Was given a time and date. Their agent called ahead of time and everything was going great. Matt, a super polite and nice guy showed up. I explained everything and showed some of the other problems we were having. Matt gave us his professional diagnosis and an estimate for the repairs. Matt felt that our problem with the water pressure was that our water softener was way too old to be effective. Suggested a new one along with the other repairs and gave us what we felt was a very good price.

The next day Matt showed up with Pablo, who was also a very nice and polite person, and completed the work within the estimated time. Both gentlemen, were that, plus very efficient and knowledgeable in the work. This was a true value all the way around. And our water pressure problem is no longer a problem. I will have no problem calling Agentis again.

Water softener installation. Agentis office and field staff were professional, polite and patient in answering all of my questions. Field staff was punctual, friendly, respectful of my home, worked efficiently, did a nice job installing the unit, showed me basic operation and cleaned everything up. Thank you Agentis Plumbing.

I called Agentis to install a dishwasher in my kitchen after the team the big box retailer sent refused to do the install due to a "couple line". They were able to tell me the scope of the job over the phone, and they were willing to schedule me as early as the same afternoon. Eric came and did a great job. He put a mat down while doing the work and then swept up after himself when the job was complete. He ran the new dishwasher to ensure no leaks. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Agentis for plumbing work in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and they had a service tech over to us within 30 min. Their pricing was very reasonable and we were incredibly satisfied with the work done. Their service tech Earl, was quick, professional, smart and a delight to chat with! We never heard of Agentis prior, but will absolutely recommend them in the future. Very highly recommend!

The service technician, Julius, was very thorough and explained to me about the issue about my clogged toilet. He did also explain to me about what I can and could do if the issue ever arises again. I would definitely call them again if I ever need help again.

Extremely professional, showed up on time. the outstanding job they did removing an old cast iron sewer stacking replacing it with pvc., very neat as well. the extent of the work they had to do I would I would. have to say they were quick in my opinion. when I came down to look i would ask questions and they took the time to answer. they went the extra mile in my book.
