Installer was not skilled. He missed spots, left deep scratches, and had a bunch of runs in the coating. Owner was responsive to my complaint and the pictures of the issues that I sent him. We reschedule for their 1st availability. It was a week and a half later. Same technician shows. Spends less than an hour. Doesn't address one issue and leaves.

I took off from work to meet him for the initial install. I couldn't take off again. He had pictures and someone let him in. So I call the office and they agree to send him back. I leave work again and meet him. He tells me with attitude that he is upset that I wasn't there to meet him and show him my issues! I told him if he did the job correctly the 1st time we wouldn't be having this conversation. So he says, find someone else to finish the job and leaves. Which I will gladly do.

I hired this company to refinish my bath tub in my newly remodeled bathroom. Al the technician was extremely careless during the process and placed his caulking gun on my new vanity countertop which left marks on the marble. He totally denied his actions and when he returned to fix bubbles in the resurfacing job he refused to even acknowledge the damage to the countertop.

He was extremely rude. I requested a discount from the owner, Roy and he refused unless inspected by him which was not possible because floors were being refinished. This company is unprofessional and rude to the customer. My advice -find a more professional, customer friendly company who aims to please and takes care of their mistakes promptly.
