The worst business and that is an understatement. The owner has no clue how to be polite nor sociable. I found him in my house without me knowing he was there! Then when I asked him to leave he said no and ran up my stairs! I signed a contract in June of 21. The work didnt get started till the week of Christmas and then they took time off. Finally in February they thought they were done.

This is a small guest bath. I had to hire another company to repair the mess they made. Walls were bowed, the vanity sat lopsided and away from the wall. Paint was a joke. The "designer" didnt order enough materials and then they were wrong. I mean how hard is it to measure a cabinet handle?! Sure it is "pretty", but I wanted useful! This business is worse than one star.

The receptionist is clueless too. So many lies and bad business. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. I did not like the fact that they threw away my vanity top and faucet that was new. I took $100 off the $12,000 bill and his wife had to hold him back from coming at me! I should have called the police when he refused to leave my house. I regret that I did not and a bigger regret I hired them in the first place. The young man that did the work was in way over his head and the owner was worse yet. Worst experience ever.

This company was amazing! They helped make a stressful process less stressful. All the staff are professional. All the staff guide the homeowner through every step by thoroughly answering all questions and concerns. I will definitely use there fabulous services again. I cannot say enough good things about LK&B. We've had our Bathroom, then later our Kitchen remodeled by them. We've had such a great experience. From start to finish they kept us informed about everything. The designers are great, very patient and accommodating to many, many questions and emails. Josh, Aaron, and Alex did the work in our home and they are so respectful.

We were worried to have people in our home that we didn't know, I think that is probably most peoples concern, but it was such a pleasure to have them. They have a vast amount of knowledge, the work they do is beautiful, the quality is excellent, they honestly went above and beyond. Oh and did I mention how CLEAN they are! Never left a mess, not once.

They care about their work and it shows. They have transformed my home and I couldn't be more thankful. I absolutely will use them again for future projects. Might I add Nicole is amazing and very helpful. Like I said I cant say enough good things.

Purchased a toilet from LK&B and had them install it along with a vanity that I purchased elsewhere. The staff was great to work with, and they were able to complete their work in a timely basis. I plan on using them again in the future. Service: Plumbing fixture installation

Almost 2 years ago we added 1bath and remodeled another. After they left we kept having trouble with this and that. We hired another company to correct the problems Luxury bath created $$ Think twice before you sign. Wolves in sheep's clothing!

I have never dealt with a WORSE company. They installed a walk-in bathtub door incorrectly, and it has leaked into the basement since day one. We have been in continual contact with them for two years to fix it, and have gotten the "run around" everytime. They are VERY unprofessional and do NOT stand behind their work. If I could give them negative stars, I would! CONSUMER BEWARE!

We had two bathrooms remodeled by Luxury Bath in 2011 and were very happy with the execution of the project and the end result. What really impresses me, though, is the great follow on support. Last month, after 7 years of use, the Jaclo shower faucet installed by Luxury Bath, began having issues and needed several parts replaced. We contacted Mike Renfro at Luxury Bath, and they were able to procure the necessary parts from Jaclo on a warranty claim at no charge. That's what I consider fantastic support after the sale. Luxury Bath does great work and stands behind their work and their products.

Just completed a 100% master bathroom overhaul. The team at Luxury Bath is first class 100% professional. My time frame was almost impossible and yet they amazed me. Bob the tile guru is so meticulous, then there's Josh one of the finest craftsmen around. You will not go wrong and you will get what you paid for 100% quality workmanship from a team that still takes pride in every job they do. If you want the best - Luxury Bath is your place for bathroom and kitchen systems. You will not be disappointed.

These guys do phenomenal work. I would have never thought my bathroom could have looked this nice.and be as functional as it is. They really did a stellar job and made sure all my wishes came true with my bathroom. They show up on time and got done when they said they would. I really can't say enough about Luxury Bath and staff.
